We had a great experience working with Kevin Jones of Premier Homes by Jones. Kevin made certain everything was done as we agreed per the plans and per any changes we made during construction. We always felt we could reach Kevin with any questions or concerns and he would respond in person, phone, text and/or e-mail. Kevin was there throughout the construction process and constantly monitored the work. We have built many times before and this is one of the good experiences. We have been very satisfied with Kevin’s response to any item needing attention since we have moved in. With Kevin’s help in finalizing the house plans we have “our home” that we look forward to live in for many years to come. We highly recommend Premier Homes by Jones as a builder.

In 2012, we chose Premier Homes by Kevin Jones as our builder for our custom home. He also owned the lots we built on so from working with our real estate agent to adjusting the plans with our architechs to the actual construction of the house, he was very easy to work with and the process was seemless. He also finished the house a little ahead of schedule and on budget. The warranty has long expired on our builder's contract but I have called Kevin on multiple occasions to address minor issues on the house and he has always stood behind his work and addressed these issues in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Premier Homes by Jones if you are looking for a high quality custom home builder.
