After months of not being able to find a home we could purchase, we contracted with Ben and his sons to add a master suite to my parents' house because my father had passed and my husband and I needed to be with and take care of my mother. I know it's always a bit difficult to just pick someone. It didn't take long to know we made the best choice possible. They and their crews were so courteous and respectful to my mom and I as they worked through this addition. They never hesitated to answer any question and to happily make any adjustments we requested without hesitation. They even would make corrections themselves of things they did not think they did just right. We never lacked knowledge of what was going to happen. And, even with the various Covid-related delays they ran into, they finished our project when they promised. We have now been in for a month and a half, and my husband and I absolutely love it! Do not hesitate to contract with these fellars. They are fearless perfectionists and love them some craft. People weep when they walk in the kitchen/living area they renovated for us. Not. Lying. Tons of integrity and rigor and imagination--which is a rare combination. Contact them to see what their boss effort did to bring our home to life. Seriously. Just get on their waiting list and be glad for the time to prepare for being completely bowled over by the P&S genius. Just saying.

Prince and Sons could not have been easier to work with. We had them do an entire kitchen renovation in our house, and throughout the one-month process, they kept us informed of everything through a shared Google calendar (convenient) and email/phone. They were fantastic to work with, the end result looked great, and we felt comfortable that they were honest and reliable. Highly recommend!

We had a kitchen remodel, a screen porch to sunroom, and a large deck addition. All work was beautifully done and on time. They were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them.

Ben Prince and his sons did an amazing job on my kitchen and laundry room renovation. They were always very professional and stayed in close contact with frequent updates. During the course of the renovation, my smaller AC broke down and the upstairs bathroom had a leak. Ben saved me a ton of money by getting in a plumber and an HVAC person that he knows and trusts. He didn't have to do that but he did because he is wonderful! I will never use anybody else for home projects. The kitchen and laundry room were done in the fall of 2017. It took about 9 weeks. This was a total kitchen reno - demo, new hardwood floors, custom cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances, lighting, painting - the whole shebang.

I contracted Prince and Sons to paint and make repairs to our house prior to selling. They were honest, knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably price, and fast! We were so pleased with the quality of work they did in our home that we contracted them to paint the interior of our family vacation home three hours away! Dealing with such a trustworthy company made managing this out-of-town project much easier. Thank you, Prince and Sons, for such a great home updating experience!

Mr. Prince replaced my roof for me last year. He worked with me to figure out the best solution for my 1968 home (with both gable and flat roofs) as well as my budget. His crew was fast, skilled, and courteous. My roof is good as new! My only caution is that his preferred gutter subcontractor does not work to the same standard as the rest of his team.
