He did our three bathroom renovations to a walk in and wheelchair accessible bathrooms in a record time and excellent work ! I highly recommended him to anyone that needs renovations!

Every day, I'm so glad Prince Renovations gave me the kitchen and family room renovations I wanted. I'm happy with the quality of the materials and work of his team. They listened and helped me make decisions that got what I wanted. I plan to use them again.

In December of 2022, my husband and I purchased our first home. It was owned and renovated by Prince Flooring, LLC, located at (Sensitive Information Hidden) in Glen Allen. About one year later, we were shocked to find rain water (ground water) flooding into our basement living space (the master bedroom, bathroom, and den are in the basement of our home). We were in shock but got some shop vacs out and thought it was a fluke. Well, it wasn’t. It has happened several more times and we recently pulled up the laminate flooring to see what was going on. Under the flooring, we found there was a sewer drain that was blocked, as well as multiple holes in the foundation. You can see straight down to the dirt. The flooring was simply laid over top of these holes, with no remedy. We are looking at tens of thousands of dollars in damage and our insurance company will not cover a cent, since it is foundation related and also ground water related. Upon searching the city of Richmond’s online portal, I found several permits and inspections related to our home, but the most recent was completed in 2011. The work done on this house before we purchased was done in 2022, leading me to believe that no permits were filed by this contractor. A quick Google search informed me that permits are required for ALL renovation projects in Richmond. We do not have a lot of money, we are living paycheck to paycheck as many Americans are right now. I work two jobs and take care of our three children while my husband works 60+ hours a week. We were so happy to purchase our first home together and now we are utterly devastated. We are without money for a lawyer, without money for repairs, and without much hope.

We renovated our home recently, totally gutted the downstairs. Complete new kitchen, we relocated our half bathroom, and made a beautiful, modern looking home. I have a new office, a lovely bar and entertainment area, new flooring, beautiful cabinets, and it was all due to Prince renovation. What I really liked about working with Nielsen and his team is that they work clean, they are genuinely nice people, trustworthy, and they do good work. Don’t get me wrong, there were times when they had to backtrack, because work was not done properly such as a paint job but Nielsen would always come back around and correct it so it is right. There were a few regulars that worked on the house that I really enjoyed. Nielsen and his team made a complete bar area for me from scratch that is beautiful. I have received nothing but compliments from my friends and neighbors, and some even say that it looks like something out of a magazine, which it does. Cons- while Nielsen responds in a timely manner, unfortunately, he doesn’t always come when he says he’s going to come. For example, he will say his team will be there Thursday at 9 AM, but they may not show up until Friday at 11. I know they are all busy, but it’s nice when people show up when they say they’re going to show up. They started the job September 2022, and completed it in February 2022. It probably would have been completed in late December, however, several items were on back order. The only other con I would like to mention is that sometimes I didn’t exactly know what I was paying for. When Nielsen gives you an estimate, it is a lump sum, everything is not necessarily broken down. So if something is going to be a little bit more expensive, he will tell you, but he won’t say how much more expensive. You won’t find out until he asks for the final check. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the work they did. They completely transformed my home, and I love coming here every day. We will be renovating both of our bathrooms upstairs next year, followed by getting a deck after that. I will certainly call them again. Oh one last thing. After they completed their work, they had a cleaning crew come in to clean the house and they did an amazing job. It was his wife’s company and I still utilize her on a monthly basis to clean my house.

Prince Renovations completed a kitchen remodel, bathroom installation, and a garage conversion for us. They offered competitive rates to get the jobs done within our budget. We made changes to some of our design choices mid-way through the reno, and they still coordinated the work to fit our schedules and finished in a timely manner. They helped us create bright open spaces and the house looks great! We are planning two additional bathroom remodels and will definitely seek their services for the work. We remodeled three bathrooms simultaneously. Prince renovations did a wonderful job, the phases were well coordinated and the attention to detail was great. Everything was finished on time and to our full satisfaction. Prince Renovations also provided recommendations for other areas of the house and the referrals were as attentive and responsible as Prince. The projects had extensive ceramic tile installation and had some intricate sections which were impeccably resolved. We are planning on utilizing their services for other projects during this year and we recommend this team without reservations.

Nilson and his crew did excellent work for us at a very competitive price. They were respectful of the space, always accommodated our requests, and worked diligently to get the project finished as quickly as possible. We are very happy with the results and love our new kitchen.

The best renovation I've ever had done. They remodeled my kitchen and I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism, quality of work, knowledgeable, and courtesy. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Prince Renovations completed our bathroom redesign that included moving the location of our shower. I was very impressed with their hard work and the reliability of their staff. I am getting ready to do additional work at home, and Prince Renovations was the first company I considered. I am looking forward to working with them again.

They did an AMAZING job on our complete bathroom renovation! They made sure we were happy every step of the way and offered a very fair price. We are really enjoying the new guest bath with custom-tiled shower. Every guest or family member who have stayed with us has been so impressed. They are amazing! They literally do it all! They remodeled all of our bathrooms, redid our floors, added safer steps to the backyard, reinforced the hot tub decking, and redid all of our lighting!!

My project was a full bath renovation. Nilson and his team were great. The initital response, quote, etc. was timely and he was was able to schedule the work almost right away. The demo was extensive and his team did a great job minimizing the dirt/dust. He found a few things after the demo that needed to be addressed (plumbing and electrical needed to be moved) and he just took care of it -- he didn't change the estimate or tack on any additional cost. I also changed my mind on the light/fan I had chosen -- he took care of that too with no extra cost. He had a VERY competitive quote and I was a little worried the quality of the work might not be the best but there was nothing -- literally nothing that wasn't top notch. He and his team are really great at what they do. I would definitely work with him again.
