We hired Professional Interiors to help create a Nana Suite in my daughter's basement. Cayenne walked the job and gave us some amazing ideas to make the job practical and beautiful at the same time. The entire process took about 3 months from start to finish and we couldn't be happier. Cayenne and her entire team made the whole construction process painless. Everyone communicated well during the duration of the job, we never felt out of the loop on anything. We would recommend their services to anyone.

Professional Interiors dispelled all the negative myths frequently associated with home renovations. Cayenne Barnes listened to me and also made well thought out suggestions which frequently improved the outcome. The pre-renovation timeline was closely followed and the work completed when forecast. The subcontractors upheld a high standard, both in the work they did and in the cleanliness the site was left in at the end of the day, every day. Cayenne was actively involved with the day-to-day operations as well as being several steps ahead, anticipating the next steps needed. My trust in Professional Interiors never waivered. They lived up to their name. My friends comment on how improved my renovated rooms are, both functionally and aesthetically. I recommend them highly.

In 2024 my husband and I decided we needed to combine households with my son and his family. A close friend recommended that we consult with Cayenne Barnes, who had done some remodeling work for her. Cayenne came to our home and reviewed viable options with us, including the possibilities of adding a basement apartment, extending the size of our current home, and building an accessory dwelling unit in our ample back yard. She quickly pointed out that the first option was not feasible and introduced us to an architect, who pointed out that the second option was also not optimal. Thus, we began planning the building of our ADU. Throughout the process, Cayenne worked tirelessly with us and our architect, and we came up with a building plan uniquely suited to our needs that would meet all local requirements for such a project. As the plan progressed, she was always on top of every aspect of the project. She was also especially conscious of finding the best prices for quality materials and was readily available to shop with us and give us advice on which products would best suit our taste and our needs. We have now lived in our ADU for several months and find that it is exactly what we expected. I credit Cayenne's expert guidance for an outcome that has exceeded our expectations.

Our house is 100 years old. We love our house, but it's 100 years old. Without Cayenne and her fantastic team we would not be here. She updated our bathroom and had to take everything down to the studs. She gave great advice on picking bathroom fixtures as well as wonderful help with picking colors and designs. She replaces our 80 year old door to the screen porch which dramatically lowered our HVAC bills, she replaced most of the windows in the house, again helping our HVAC bills, and painted the entire outside of the house which was in bad need of not only paint but substantial repair work. Additionally when our duplex got a bad water leak she immediately jumped into action and save us (and our tenant) from even more damage had it not been attended too expeditiously, and with the proper attention.. She is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. And with her team, you will actually enjoy have construction workers in your house! All work, repairs and re-designs were done at the highest quality, and best price. I highly recommend Professional Interiors.

I worked with Cayenne and Professional Interiors to completely remodel the home I bought in 2008 and never touched. There isn't a single room that was not touched, and while my stress level was off the chart, my home turned out beautifully, and I can't even remember what it looked like before! Cayenne is very creative and practical, makes great suggestions, and goes above and beyond. I was on the waiting list for a long time, but worth the wait!

We worked with Cayenne and Professional Interiors previously and called her after a mold remediation project in our 1926 house meant we needed to completely redo our primary bathroom. Cayenne and her group managed our project beautifully. Her tile, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical people are true craftsmen. We appreciated the attention to time and detail.

Professional Interiors did two separate jobs for us. First, they took a cold, empty space in our downstairs and turned it into a beautiful den complete with built in book shelves and tray ceiling, as well as a built in day bed. We were so happy with their work that we turned around and had them build a gorgeous screened in porch for us. In both cases they were a breeze to work with. They do what they say they are going to do and get it down with kindness and efficiency. We are extremely happy with their work.
