This past year I had some really bad luck at my condo with severe water damage paired with an incapable HOA Management company. After interacting with several contractors, I came across Maria at Project Build Construction Group and I immediately knew I wanted to work with her. Unlike all the other contractors I had dealt with, Maria was very in-tune and focused on my particular situation and needs. In addition to being very detail-oriented, she was very responsive and accessible every step of the way. She worked with me in communicating with my HOA's insurance company in securing the funding we needed for the project. Her crew did excellent work and she stayed on top of and in touch with her team constantly. She also communicates well with her customers and keeps them informed of project status and needs. Overall, Maria and PBC are very professional and do great quality work. I would highly recommend PBC to anyone looking for an experienced and reliable contractor!

Working with Maria has been fantastic. This is a challenging thing to say in the construction industry when there are constant delays and mishaps. We faced a TON of delays in the process of having to remodel our kitchen due to a major slab leak. Maria and her team were the only folks that informed us of realistic expectations, accurate timelines, and ultimately did quality work. Maria was flexible and able to adapt to this ever growing list of delays and changes to the work as well. We now are continuing to work with Maria for other projects throughout the house. She has been the ONLY contractor we have worked with that has been able to accurately predict when things will be completed and truly make things happen. We are so happy we found her and her team!
