Lewis and his team did a fantastic job helping us make our new/old house our own. From big projects like refinishing the hardwood floors, adding doors, changing stair rails, adding kitchen cabinets to installing new light fixtures, they did it all within the time line and at reasonable prices!! I highly recommend them for your house projects!

Late with this review. I apologize. We had Property Rehab help to improve a 1950's build home we had bought in Feb 2019. Lewis and Chris were able to add on a much needed laundry room and half bath to an existing porch. Also a full bath was added utilizing some underutilized space in another bedroom, giving us a home with 2 master bedrooms, each with full baths. They were also able to make a partial bedroom and turn it into a full bedroom by building a wall and with some other designing a closet for this bedroom by utilizing another underutilized space from adjacent bedroom. Now we have 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. The entire interior of the home was painted, and new doors on all interior doors. Last but not least, our existing kitchen needed some work: Lewis was able to open a wall to the kitchen, giving it a more modern roomy look and feel. The existing cabinets were repainted and new hardware installed. Some new cabinets were reconstructed to allow more space for new range and proper overhead ventilation and to fit our refrigerator. Love the new kitchen cabinets that were built. A new sink and new quartz countertops, new backsplash, and new ceramic flooring were also installed. Lots of work done. Took a little longer than promised which made for a somewhat stressful move in, but they did what they could to keep things moving. All the subcontractors are great and work is good quality. Each division was great at speaking to us about our selections and any specifics we needed. Either Lewis or Chris were at the house most every day. Photos coming

I had two small bathrooms in my 1932 house updated, and I could not have been happier with the service. Either Lewis or Chris was in my house every day work was being done. That was very important for me. My project was not a big one, but I was treated as though mine was the most important project to them. Every concern of mine, no matter how small was addressed, and since Chris took pictures almost daily, those concerns were never ignored. My bathrooms look lovely, and I would freely recommend this family business for any remodeling project.

Lewis and Chris did a great job bringing the original vision to life with great recommendations along the way and an attention to detail you rarely get these days. Old school artisanship and peace-of-mind on display. 10/10 would recommend.

Our master suite turned out beautifully. Lewis was helpful with planning the layout and design aspects. He helped us to make good decisions that resulted in the finished project that we dreamed of without being pushy. The work was done well and thoroughly. We also were able to move in for about a week and make a list of any small touch ups that needed to be taken care of. The project was completed within budget and to our approval. I would definitely recommend Property Rehab Services and plan to use them for future projects as well.

Would highly recommend Property Rehab Services to anyone seeking quality craftsmanship. Lewis Stephens and his crew of skilled professionals are not your bargain basement handymen. They replaced tile flooring in our kitchen and entryway, updated two bathrooms with tub surround tiles, flooring, textured and painted walls after removing wallpaper, and installed plumbing fixtures. They also refurbished our large outdoor deck, complete with new stain. Their attention to detail and quality of work, both indoors and out, was outstanding. Will most definitely have them return for future home improvements.

Property rehab services worked a miracle on our home that was built in the 1940's. my elderly mother needed to move in. Lewis Stephens and his crew gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms,( one handicap accessible), updated kitchen with paint, countertops, sink and hardware. We replaced windows, new roof, updated with repair and paint the entire home exterior, some foundation work. They were extremely professional and kept in touch with me daily. It was finished on time and on budget. I can't recommend them highly enough!
