Purch and Holding were an excellent contractor. We had them do a pretty large overhaul for the back half of our house which required moving stairs, and creating a new bathroom and kitchen based on the new layout. The planning phase was very smooth, and they provided excellent insights in both materials and design decisions so we went with a confident plan and schedule. We were living in the house during the renovation and they made sure to seal up the construction area, help set up a temporary kitchen, and was very clear throughout the process on what was happening when so we could prepare. They were very communicative throughout the process and ensured we were involved in decisions that had to be made during construction. I think the planning, quality of work by both Purch and Holding and their generally excellent subcontractors, attention to detail, and constant communication led to an excellent outcome that exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend Purch and Holding.

This was my first experience doing a full home renovation (2,250 square all down to the studs) and the outcome was better than new construction. The project was completed on schedule and....slightly under budget! Purch and Holding is a professional business at every level. They are not a “low bid” contractor, there is a big difference and they’re worth every penny. Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent throughout our home. They worked great with our architect and helped improve the design to stand up to the test of time and improve functionality, two things that are highly important to me.
