Christian is excellent to work with! He does quality work at a reasonable price. He helped us with a project that we never thought we could get done based on previous experiences. But he came through and we’re extremely happy! Highly recommend

We hired Christian to replace all exterior trim in addition to repainting our home exterior. It was a very large job. Christian’s attitude was consistently professional and pleasant. We had a couple “add-on’s” to the job and Christian was happy to accommodate. My husband and I are very happy with new color of our home.

Christian and his team were truly amazing. Working with me from start to stop they were professional and very efficient. They quoted me about 3 weeks for demolishing and rebuilding my deck. They crushed it in 2 weeks. The quality of the build is excellent and stable. I even requested a small design change and Christian added it with no problem, even better than I imagined. I give them my highest recommendation!

Christian Perez, the owner of Quality Construction and Creations, did an excellent job in totally remodeling one of the original bathrooms in our house where we have lived for 40+ years. The remodeling project included installation of a new pocket door which provides more room in what is a rather small bathroom. The tile work was very well done. Christian is an excellent craftsman who takes pride in his work and pays careful attention to details. He also willingly listened to ideas for completing the remodeling project and incorporated those ideas wherever appropriate. He also installed some crown molding in our bedroom and did an excellent job. There are some complicated angles in the room and he handled them perfectly. If we have another remodeling project , we will not hesitate to call on Christian for his consideration.

Christian was great, professional, and patient with some delays due to our HOA, as well as our own indecisiveness on what color to go with! He built a new composite deck for us and we love it. He handled all of the permitting and inspections and made the process painless for us. His pricing was reasonable compared to other contractors in the area. Definitely would recommend, and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Mr. Perez was wonderful to work with. Our ten year old deck and screened porch needed repairs, and it was very difficult to find anyone willing to take on what they obviously classified as a small job. Many folks that we called wanted a lot of money for the job, or just ghosted us after coming out to see what was needed, not even bothering with an estimate. Mr. Perez was willing to do the job and set a very fair price. He listened to what we wanted and then found a way to achieve it. Everything was written down in a contract, but when we came up with changes, adding and subtracting, he rolled with the changes easily. Although we did not specify brand names in the contract, he bought only the best. The only small negative I can come up with is that it took awhile to finish the job. Perhaps he had family or other obligations, but he did not say. It did not matter since it was outside and did not impact us at all, and perhaps he knew that.

We are so thrilled with our deck and patio! Christian was very flexible and understanding when we were scoping out our project and listened to all our requests. We received several other estimates from different companies that were not as competitive or were not responsive to what we wanted to do with our backyard. Christian and his team worked diligently to complete this sizable project and the end result was beyond our expectations! We’re so excited to finally be able to enjoy our backyard now!

Christian did a great with our bathroom remodel which consisted of replacing a cracked acrylic tub with an enamel coated steel tub along with an acrylic surround. The tub and surround installation is solid and looks great. There were/are no issues with the plumbing and the drywall, trim, and painting work were professionally completed. In addition to doing great work, Christian provided multiple quotes with options for us to select from based on how much we wanted to pay. His prices are very reasonable.

Christian does excellent work for very reasonable prices. His specialty is carpentry, and as part of our laundry room renovation he built three beautiful custom doors and a custom cabinet that bring compliments from everyone who sees them. Christian also designed a clever box with access hatch to enclose unsightly utility pipes. He did the plumbing, electrical, painting, and new flooring needed to complete our project. He works fast, sticks to his schedule, and does a good job cleaning up after each day's work. Highly recommended.

Quality construction Company did a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using them. We found them on the internet then gave them a call to remodel our bathroom ,deck and fence they even did the treat and stain both my deck and fence Everything turned out beautifully. When we called to get pricing and talk about the job they were very friendly and accommodating. They made the process seamless! Their pricing was very reasonable. The workers were prompt, polite and professional. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. They also did a great job of being tidy and cleaning up after themselves! I will have to remember next time that remodeling is a bit of a noisy process, but I can handle the noise for such a beautiful outcome! If you are looking to have any of your rooms remodeled then, by all means, call Quality construction Company! You will not be disappointed!
