I am residential designer and have worked on at least 12 construction projects with Joel Barto; new homes, additions to existing homes and renovations. I honestly must say that he is the most qualified General Contractor I have been associated with. He is professional, honest, personable and is very good at bringing the final construction costs in within budget. Joel is also a very hands on contractor and stays on top of the daily activities on a job site; ensuring that the work is done to the highest standards while keeping an open mind to solving unexpected construction and design situations. Jobs are run smoothly with his strong management skills. He is also a fine master carpenter. I look forward to working with him on many more projects.
