Randal G. WInter Construction surpassed all our expectations. Their workmanship is outstanding as are their employees. You feel as if they are your family. We love our home, which they took from 1990 plain to 2019 modern. Each room blends perfectly with the others. There are days when we still marvel at how they transformed our home. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

Randy and his team are a great group of professionals. They picked up a botched job from another contractor which involved major foundation work in order to reinforce a damaged structural wall and install a large sliding door in our family room. We ended up also replacing and enlarging 3 other windows on that side of the house, re-doing the stucco exterior wall and replacing two more doors to our backyard. Not only I was amazed that Randy came to the rescue, but his quote was also lower than two other contractors in our area. Needless to say that they completed the work timely, to the highest level of craftsmanship and we can now enjoy the beautiful sights of our backyard from the new windows and slider. You will never go wrong with Randy! Highly recommended

We could not be happier with how our remodel came out! We had Randal G Winter Construction handle ALMOST a complete home remodel. Our kitchen, master bath, second bath, fireplace, buffet and display cabinet, entry, wood floor and complete interior paint, were ALL handled by Randal G Winter Construction. The entire crew were friendly and professional and went out of they way to make the process bearable while we lived in our home during the remodel.

We used Randal Winter Construction for a master bath remodel. After a complete gut job, we have the most beautiful bathroom! The team is spectacular. They helped bring my vision to a reality, and created the perfect master bath. Throughout the entire process, they were available via email, text, phone call...whatever I needed! Each person who was in my house working on the project was nice, professional, helpful, and creative. Randy has the BEST tiler in the business, Jake. He is an artist, and made my bathroom look amazing! I would use this company again!

We interviewed three contractors before hiring Randy for our remodel. He listened to our wish list and then presented us with a plan that maximized our space. We were so pleased with earlier projects, all new windows, doors, attic insulation, etc., that when it came time to do a complete kitchen remodel we again chose Randal G. Winter Construction, Inc. This was a complete remodel, new custom cabinets, new electrical service, counter-tops, under counter LED lighting, new overhead LED lighting, new tile flooring, installation of all new appliances, and final painting. We hired Randal Winter Construction for our recent kitchen remodel and we could not have been more pleased with the results!!! Along with the kitchen remodel, we also had to replace all of our hardwood floors downstairs, as we had water damage, so the project was quite large and messy, but Randy kept it bearable :) He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. From day one when he came out and gave an estimate, to sitting down and picking out all of the design options, to completing the project, Randy was on top of every detail and getting the project finished on time. All of his staff were very professional and the jobsite was always very organized. At the end of each day they would clean up after themselves, which would really help, as it is not fun to go through the mess of construction, but it is well worth the results!!! We had a couple of "issues" which would have normally delayed a project or been an issue with other contractors, but Randy handled them and they were not a big deal and did not delay the project at all and we finished on time! One of those "issues" was the fact that I wanted my stove moved to where my ovens were, reversing them, so he had to move the gas line and to find a larger gas line to connect to he had to cut into the ceiling in the family room over to our gas fireplace. This was much more involved with more drywall work and more painting, etc...but he said " I need to do it right" and I really appreciated the fact that he didn't just connect in to a smaller gas line which was the "easy way" and our stove wouldn't have had the power it could have. I HIGHLY recommend him, as he cares about his customers and cares about the quality of his work!!! We will definitely use him again for future projects.

We have used Randy for two projects at our house. Randy built a custom wall unit in the living room, complete with surround sound system, flat screen T.V. and lighting. About a year or so later, I had Randy install new and updated interior doors and casings throughout my house. In both jobs, Randy met all of my expectations. His workers were highly professional and experienced. Randy was always available to answer any of my questions or concerns during both projects. Thanks Randy, for a job well done.

Randy and his Team did a major appliance replacement at our Stevenson Ranch home. Replaced GE with Viking Professional models. It took them 4 days. Always left our home clean as they found it. Also then hired Randy to build us a great outdoor Bar B Q and entertainment area. I own Antelope Valley Chevrolet in Lancaster and understand the value of customer satisfaction. Randy and his Team exceeded all of our expectations. We will always use Randy for any future projects.

My house got a facelift! Completely new bathrooms, new kitchen, tile and granite, beautiful fireplace, lighting, paint inside and out, plus a new outdoor patio. It looks so beautiful and I am so pleased with the work. I would most definitely use Randy again. The best part is his crew was always on-time, on-schedule, professional and cleaned up when the day was done. Randy is our first choice for construction and projects of our house. Diane & I met Randy at a neighborhood party (our old neighborhood) about 15 years ago.His views on construction, rebuilding, exacting to details, quality of materials, follow through, completion on time, estimates, budget and price, convinced us to try Randy. This was our 2nd time hiring Randal Winter Construction. We were obviously very pleased as we did not even question having him complete this 2nd, larger job. Randal and his crew built a 750 square foot addition to our home. The job included framing, plumbing, electrical, drywal, paint, windows, etc., etc. It also included the relocation of our laundry room, shortening of a hallway and a bathroom remodel. We were literally overwhelmed by the final project that we now call home. Overwhelmed not only by the design and quality of workmanship, but also by the value, trust, integrity and speed with which Randal and his crew work. Randy is a man of his word. I felt immediately at ease. Not only was his price very fair, but I was struck by two comments Randy made that proved to he very true; "I am not the type to “nickel and dime' you to death'” and “If` I commit to getting it done on time, I will.”’A major remodel is a work in progress. Randy took changes with a smile on his face and never saw them as an opportunity to bill more work. When we reviewed our final change bill, I was extremely pleased to see that it was about half of what it could have been. I would recommend Randy with conviction to anyone who needs work done on their home.

Winter Construction remodeled my kitchen and family room with new cabinet faces, new lighting, paint and remodeling my large wet bar area and entertainment center which included some granite work as well. Randal was always on top of his crew to ensure the job was done right. If you are painting make sure to ask his painter to throw his 2 cents worth regarding color/shade selection in because it'll pay off in the long run.

We have had at least 4 major jobs done by Randal Winter Construction and have been completely ecstatic about each one of them. Everything is professionally done from the initial contact through design, estimate and construction. Details were handled to the complete satisfaction of my wife which makes me completely happy! While we had some vague ideas of what we wanted, Randy made suggestions and many were incorporated into the projects. While no project of this complexity can go without unexpected hiccups, they were handled properly by the company. Randy will go out of his way to make sure his customers are completely satisfied with his work - which is the mark of a good businessman.
