Ranney Blair built our new carriage house and we couldn't be happier with the end result. From start to finish we felt like a partnership and are now thinking of new projects for them!

Ranney Blair delivered a beautiful master bath renovation, family room refresh with built-ins, guest bath update and new pony wall around a spiral staircase. We did this project a year ago and still loving the finished product! Great communication, flexibility, and skillset from the Ranney Blair team. Look forward to our next project with them.

We'd been planning a complete renovation of our circa 1970's kitchen for 16 years! Having previously seen many projects that Ranney Blair had done, I knew I wanted them to do the work long before we even started. They put me at ease from our first conversations and planning stages and they were excellent to work with. It was a very big job, and as it turns out, I am apparently a very "hands on" customer sure to drive any contractor crazy. But nothing rattles these two! Their crew kept dust to a minimum, cleaned up at the end of each day, promptly attended to my crazy last minute changes or carefully guided me back to a better option when necessary, working for you and with you. They they have an excellent, easy to decipher payment process and their finishing work and follow-up is just as important to them as it is to the customer...all of which are very important factors when undergoing a major renovation. Professional from start to finish...which drastically reduces the stress level that naturally accompanies a major renovation project. We LOVE our kitchen and truly couldn't be happier. I won't hesitate to hire them again for future projects. And I highly recommend them to anyone for their construction needs. Yes, of course, its about the quality of work...but its also about the experience!!! Five stars and two thumbs up for these guys!

After interviewing GCs for over 6 months, we finally found Ranney Blair and immediately knew they were the right ones for us. They quickly proved to be trust-worthy, honest and capable and the work started on time and the job site was clean the entire project. Even after doing multiple home remodeling projects we were stunned how quickly Ranney Blair moved. They scheduled their contractors perfectly so that one started as the previous finished. Within the first few days, demo and plumbing and electrical rough-ins were completed. Their attention to detail, eagerness to please their clients, and the workmanship were all way above our high expectations.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review about my outstanding experience with Ranney Blair Construction. I contracted with them to do a total renovation of my master bathroom after having worked with a designer to create the design for the project. From the beginning, the experience was very professional. I worked with Scott Blair specifically, and I found him to be genuine, smart and very thorough. It took just over four weeks to complete the project, which was in the four-to-five week time frame Scott quoted me in the beginning. I love it when contractors set the proper expectations and then meets them. That doesn't happen very often! Scott's crew was always very courteous of my home taking extreme care to protect the surrounding areas of my home that were not involved in the project, as well as the common areas of the condo building I live in. The entire process was as painless as possible, and much less painless than I anticipated. Now, I can't wait to tackle the guest bathroom, and you can bet I will be calling on Ranney Blair Construction for that project, too. Top notch!

Ranney Blair construction renovated my kitchen in our new home. They are so easy to work with and started working on my home the day we moved in. They knew we would be living in the house without a kitchen so they worked hard to get it done. My kitchen looks amazing!!!! They shared ideas with me to make my kitchen work for our family. After interviewing 4 potential contractors for a master bath/bedroom remodel, we chose Ranney Blair Construction. I also used the services of an interior designer, who has a keen interest in architecture work and together a plan was developed for what has become a stunning master bath retreat! From straightening a wall to enlarging an opening to customizing boxed cabinets, the final result is truly spectacular. in the process I doubled my storage space and 6 months later, still have a few empty cabinets! The motto of RB is "We want to make you happy" and they mean it! A few times the end result was not what I envisioned and they simply redid it - no questions asked. The guys were timely, came up with solutions and always kept me informed of where we were with the budget. I could not have had a better experience and highly recommend that you meet the Ranney Blair Team before you undertake any remodeling project!

Words can't express how happy my family is with the job Ranney Blair Construction did renovating our master and guest bathrooms. The work quality was 5 star and for those of you that have small children and are worried about living in a construction zone, don't be. Ranney Blair made living through a renovation very comfortable. Our project was done on time and on budget! We hired Peter and Scott to renovate our kitchen and master bath. We have a 1970s ranch that was completely cut up. They were very patient with us as we decided exactly what we wanted to do before starting. They were always available and responsive. Peter actually dropped everything one Saturday and came over and spent an hour reviewing the layout of the kitchen, not at all what we had expected. They got the job done and it turned out better than we could have imagined. If you want professional, respectful and conscientious individuals for your minor or major remodel you can't go wrong with RanneyBlair.

Peter and his team did our son's wheel chair ramp. We have a limited space in our garage that its almost impossible to keep our two car garage set up, but Peter made it all work and the finish is more than what we have expected. The workmanship is perfect and we are always asked who was our contractor every time someone sees the ramp. Thank you is not enough for all the hard work Peter put in the project! Super highly recommended.
