Hired Josh to do the work, he literally subbed the work out to a mom and pop guy to do the work. I was told the work would take a month. The work took 2 months and I had to hire someone to complete the electrical because the guy doing it said “yea I’m just not comfortable doing this”. And I hired a guy to finish completing the smokehouse for my restaurant just to be able to pass my DHEC inspection. Not even the worst part, when it came tax time I called to get his w9 info for my tax purposes to write the expenses off, he said he’d get it to me later that night and stopped answering the phone and text after that. Complete example of why no one trust contractors these days.
