Jeff and Reddan Construction helped us restore our home after a leaking water heater caused some extensive damage. Jeff not only worked to fit us into their packed schedule, but provided clear communication, timeline predictions, and helped coordinate decisions for materials. It made the entire experience of getting our home back to its original condition smooth and well coordinated. I would highly recommend them!

Reddan Construction did a fabulous job building our new deck! We couldn’t be more pleased. Chris, the lead carpenter, showed amazing attention to every detail with outstanding craftsmanship. Jeff also kept us informed every step of the way and came by regularly to check on progress.

We worked with Jeff Reddan and his team to fix our back deck in Freeland. it required a substantial amount of work to replace a second level deck and to level the main deck. We also had them redo the stairs tot he yard. They had to do a fair amount of design as well as construction to fit the project. Chris and Dan did outstanding work and Jeff was regularly onsite to help or check status. They were great at communicating progress and the work progressed as planned. I would highly recommend them for any construction project.

Jeff & his team built a guest cottage & temperature controlled workshop on Whidbey Island for us this past Winter. The cottage & workshop exceeded our expectations and we've received many compliments from neighbors and friends; the cottage and workshop are lovely. We chose Jeff's bid because he gave us the most detailed and prompt bid; he kept us informed and up-to-date on our budget throughout the project. Jeff kept the project on schedule, while also attending to quality details. He was exceptionally responsive to our questions and ideas throughout the project. Jeff Reddan was extremely professional from start to finish of the project. He managed the process with great attention to detail, daily on site presence, and great communications with us. Despite discovery of major unforeseen structural issues, which happens with older Island properties, he still brought the project in close to deadline (unfortunately, given the nature of the additional structural work required, coming in on budget was not possible). He was very knowledgeable, and also smart enough to bring in outside knowledge as necessary. His own workers were first rate (hard working, capable, and proud of creating a beautiful finished product) as were his subcontractors. All of them were personable and fun to have here. Communication was critical since we had to live 6-7 hours away during much of the remodel. Jeff excelled in that respect, presenting issues and potential solutions clearly, with photos as necessary, and pressing us to schedule on site visits when it was advisable. If I had any criticism it would be that he sometimes wanted to push for decisions when we did not yet have cost information for the alternatives under consideration. But he always developed that information on request. Jeff was flexible, fully engaged, and a pleasure to work with. This was not an easy job, but the results don't show it. We would hire Jeff again in an instant.

Our project was a homeowner’s nightmare! What started as a stair replacement due to wet/dry rot, became a tear the back of the house off, including the deck on that level. A remodel 25 years ago had not been done properly! Reddan Construction removed the debris, replaced the damaged areas in a most professional manner. They worked several days in the rain in order to get us back into comfortable living. They kept the area as clean as possible and were very respectful of our yard area. Reddan Construction LLC helped turn our full-sized crawl space into a fantastic finished basement. We can't say enough about the work they did, along with Westhill. In a time where subcontractors were in high demand, he was able to get our project done both on time and on budget. When scheduling required a pivot, he was always still able to get a quality sub from his rolodex. The project rarely went 2 days without work being performed. We had heard horror stories from friends and colleagues of a week going by with no work happening on their projects. Not this one. Other contractors bid the job at 6 months. Reddan LLC finished in 4 and at a better price Reddan LLC's cost-plus billing structure is transparent, so you don't have to over-analyze the bid. Jeff and Westhill were great in the proverbial trenches. They helped troubleshoot unforseen issues, as well as navigate varying "owner preferences," all while staying tight with the number on the original bid. If there was ever an element that turned out not to be 100% what we envisioned, Jeff would have his sub come out and fix it. Or do it himself. We recommend Reddan Construction LLC and wish Jeff and his business continued success.

We would highly recommend Reddan Construction for your next project. Jeff was so great to work with on our kitchen and lower floor remodel. Our project was completed ahead of schedule and we appreciated Jeff's excellent communication on all items big and small. The subs he used were great and we decided to completely replace our hardwoods instead of refinish the existing maple. The hardwood flooring guys & Jeff were patient while we worked to find the right stain color, requiring a couple trips and different samples. All in all - we are very happy with the results and would use Jeff again.

These are not words typically related to contractors but they describe Jeff Reddan and the business he runs, Reddan Construction. Jeff deserves 3 reviews from me because he has done 3 remodels for me. He is wonderful to work with and the subs he works with are the best in the NW- truly. Hire Jeff, you won’t regret it! Now if only I had another remodel project....

Reddan Construction did an incredible job on our 2nd floor addition this past year. They began removing our roof in October 2016 and by the end of February 2017 we were moving into our new upstairs. Our family lived in the home during construction so we had a front seat view to the construction progress. Redan's workers were prompt, thorough and discrete. They did amazing work. We could not be happier with our experience. We hope we are lucky enough to get to hire Reddan for our next project!
