They completed a full kitchen and master bathroom renovation in our upper floor condominium unit, as well as a secondary bathroom update. There were a lot of obstacles to overcome, including working with the HOA and City, space limitations, and the challenges of keeping the neighbors happy. Regency helped select a beautiful flowing design that suits the unit’s layout and features. They recommended the highest level of materials and appliances, and their level of craftmanship and attention in completing the remodel was outstanding. They helped resolve some preexisting issues like door and window alignments at no cost. And not one complaint from the HOA and neighbors, maybe a first! The degree of care they took in protecting the common areas, and in minimizing disruption to others on the floor was appreciated by all. The new kitchen and bathrooms are everything we expected and more, and we love living in our practically brand-new unit! And the cost of the project was substantially less than the increase we will see in resale value. We are very happy with Regency and wholeheartedly recommend them for your remodel!

From the first day they came to our home until the time of completion of our (now) beautiful kitchen, every single person was completely professional and approachable. They answered all concerns and questions almost before we knew to ask them. Of the very few days,that they were here, there was absolutely no mess left until the next day-none.
