I am so glad we went with Reid! He made a whole first floor and kitchen renovation as stress free as possible- which is pretty priceless during a renovation! We appreciated his integrity, openness, and patience throughout the project, and no other contractor we've previously worked with comes close to his communication skills. If a problem arose (as inevitably happens in a big renovation) he worked to fix it and find a solution. Our townhouse is older, so when some rogue duct work caused us to have to adjust some of our plans for a wall that was getting knocked out he came over at 9pm to help walk us through it and come up with a solution- that's a lot of dedication to keeping customers happy! Our kitchen looks fabulous, and we have a fully functional first floor now to enjoy as a family! I highly recommend Reid- working with him was fun and he and Den do an outstanding job.

We had a fairly major renovation of our Master Bathroom, upstairs, and flooring throughout the house done by Reid and his team. Project was on time and on budget. Reid was really easy to work with and helped guide us through many of the decisions. We'd highly recommend Reid.

Reid was initially very quick to provide an estimate for work I needed done. Also a very nice guy who was responsive to my emails. Unfortunately, he stopped communication after he and I agreed to do the work. I’ve never had that happen before.

Reid renovated 2 full bathrooms and a powder room for us. He was very professional and easy to work with. He and his team were respectful of us and our whole house while under construction. My husband and I were working from home and the team did their best to coordinate with us during important calls. I also appreciated their concern for dust minimization and did an excellent job cleaning up everyday. The communication with Reid was great and we were always kept up to date on the project status. Reid worked within our budget and made sure things were done correctly. Overall we had a great experience from start to finish. We are very pleased with the finished product and will definitely work with him again in the future.

We have lived in Great Falls since 1983 and found it very difficult finding a company that was dependable and reliable. We were so lucky to find Reid's Handyman Service. The work that was needed to be preformed on our home was completed in record time at a fair price. We would hire Reid's Service for any future work inside or out!

The project was a master bathroom and closet remodel. The final price came in on budget and close to on time with spectacular workmanship, particularly in the tile, shower, cabinet and drywall aspects of this remodel. The delays in the project were supplier based, out of Reid's control and he mustered his resources to select equivalent alternative suppliers to minimize the delay. His attention to detail and preparation of the rooms left no residue, scratches or incidental damage and his daily cleanup regimen minimized any discomfort we had while having to live in the house during the renovation. We are delighted with the outcome.

Reid is not only knowledgeable, he is a terrifically nice guy. He repaired our 70-year-old solid-wood front door so that it would accommodate updated hardware, saving us the cost of buying a new door. The quality of his work was excellent and I absolutely trust him to find the most cost-effective solution. We wholeheartedly recommend him!

I highly recommend Reid and his crew. They were professional, easy to work with, and did an amazing job. We needed new drywall and painting completed. I will definitely think of them the next time we start another project.

I've hired Reid for several jobs during 2019. One of these was quite extensive and included replacing a large bay window weighing several hundred pounds 25 feet off the ground as well as repairing the window sill and surrounding frame. I'm extremely;y happy with the work that Reid completed for me. I found his pricing to be quite reasonable as well. One issue you might find however is that he seems to have very limited availability and is usually booked months in advance. I'm guessing that is because he has a lot of repeat customers and work-of-mouth recommendations. If you can get him you will likely be very happy with the work he does for you.

We enjoyed working with Reid and appreciated his professionalism from start to finish. We’re looking forward to beginning our next project with Reid and his team.

We have used Reid's Handyman Service for fixing and painting the walls in out townhouse and remodeling our bathrooms. The attention to detail was impeccable and we are very happy with the outcome. We also hired him for our wall/fence project. The price is competitive with market for the quality of the work. We will recommend Reid's to our friends and family.

We had an excellent experience working with Reid! He remodeled our master bathroom as well as changed a walk-in closet to a bathroom. Both bathrooms are beautiful and we are very pleased. He also added a closet to a bedroom that needed one, updated all of our closets with more storage options, added attic flooring and pull-down stairs, as well as many other jobs. He even fixed our gutters when he noticed a problem with them as he was working on something else. He is very professional, easy to work with, he finished on time and within the budget. We highly recommend Reid and will definitely use him again in the future.

Reid and his crew re-tiled my fireplace hearths and rebuilt one of the mantels. He bills himself as a handyman, but this project was a little bit bigger than that. I picked out the tiles and came up with a picture of a simpler wooden mantel from online. Reid worked with the tile shop to get the order right (right number of tiles) and picked them up. The entire project took about a week, which was the estimate I was given. The crew was very professional and polite and left the house clean each evening. Reid built the mantel in my garage and then placed it and painted it. I'm very happy with the work done and I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

Reid did a fantastic job helping us get our home ready for sale, which involved painting high walls, removing and reinstalling an antique chandelier, fixing an electric issue with a microwave, and helping us move excess items to storage. He is honest and extremely hardworking. He always finds a way to address whatever the issue may be and in a prompt, cost-effective, and thorough fashion. I highly recommend his services. Hiring Reid was one of the easiest and most pleasant tasks I've had lately. He is pleasant, professional AND talented. He did a number of tasks for me around my house and did them well: the caulk was smoothly applied, the weatherstripping replaced around 2 doors, hung various items in my house (outdoor chimes, 2 valances) and built me the most fabulous frame to hold my window screens - he suggested wheels and it's great! He was very quick to get things done and he was exceptionally reasonable. I'd hire him again in a minute. Best of all, he asked me what I wanted; he didn't assume or guess. And to me, that makes all the difference. You can't go wrong hiring him!

I can't say enough to accurately express how happy I was with the work Reid and his team did. Not only is Reid a perfectionist, but he is trustworthy, which for me was the most important factor in selecting a contractor to do the remodel for almost my entire new home. Reid has the project management skills to help plan and organize any project and he can do most of the work himself. I appreciated that when I needed additional help, outside of the scope of his general responsibilities, he always had a contact to come help me, at a reasonable cost. And knowing that Reid trusted his contact made me trust them. I also really appreciated that no project was too big or too small for Reid. I've had multiple back surgeries and have to be very careful about my physical activity. Reid helped me with so many little jobs to help me get settled in the house. With Reid you will get an honest, dependable, skilled, professional, craftsman. I don't usually rave online about things like this but Reid deserves it!
