Wow. What a transformation! My new kitchen is beautiful and efficient . Scott and his amazing team delivered on time and on budget. Scott truly listened to us, he designed a kitchen that is functional, and fits beautifully with our overall decor. Over the years Scott has helped us with remodeling projects. This was by far the most ambitious and he did not let us down.

Scott and his team were professional. His insight on the design process and ongoing communication throughout the process was invaluable.

Our first project with Scott and his team at Reliable Home Services Inc. involved the installation of two large sets of custom Pella windows in our Master bedroom and bathroom. Scott and his team were thorough in everything from the consultation to the finished installation. As they were removing the windows in the bedroom they explained the damage that had been done to the wood and drywall and how they were going to correct the problems that were found. In addition to the drywall in the bedroom, they then patched and painted the water damage in the garage that had been caused by the leaking windows. The garage beam never looked so good! Scott and his team are trustworthy, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with every project. They are also very patient and helpful with novice home owners like my husband and I. We respect and trust Scott to guide us to make the best decisions for our home. We can guarantee we'll be happy with the work that Scott and his team do.

I have untilized this company for several projects, some major, some minor. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they stand behind it. They have gutted and redone my kitchen and bathrooms, They have also finished a basement. Work was performed on-schedule. nice finishing touches, pride in craftmanship. Honesty and ethics are a given, Trustworthy to work in the house without my presence. Good design sense and good taste in making recommendations and in giving us choices about styles/colors/finishes, etc. Utilize quality materials. Most recent work was in refinishing a damaged bedrom wall. I turned out looking great! Pricing is fair and quotes are not exceeded.

General Scope: Renovation of 60" bathroom shower. Shower Inclusions: • remove and hall-away existing ceramic tile and backer board from walls • remove and hall-away existing steel tub • furnish & install new American Standard Acrylux Bone shower base, center drain; set in mortar • furnish & install 3 mil vapor barrier on studs • install 1/2" cement board on all shower wall surfaces • furnish & install ShowerSeal liquid membrane to seal cement board • furnish & install metal trim edges at vertical sides only • install 18"x18" porcelain tile (supplied by customer) on three shower walls to height of approx 6'4"; 1/8" or smaller grout joint; half-lap staggered pattern • install corner soap dishes (supplied by customer) • apply grout using a sand-less premium grout (supplied by customer) and wipe clean • install new shower door (supplied by customer) and reinstall previous shower door in other bathroom Plumbing Inclusions: • furnish and install new shower valve in wall (supplied by customer) • furnish & install new floor drain in new shower base (relocate plumbing in floor as needed) • install shower valve trims once tile work is completed (supplied by customer) Trim Inclusions: • cut back existing oak base and shoe as needed Excellent work done by Reliable Home Services.I am very happy with my new shower and I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Home Services.

We have had Reliable Home Services Inc. work on numerous projects in our home. There is no job to big or too small, when you call for help! Scott has remodeled two of our bathrooms and they are absolutely stunning. Not only is his work superb, but his work ethic is impeccable. We have found his associates to be friendly, kind and people we feel very comfortable having in our home while we are away. Each day after finishing that days agenda, our home was left cleaner than when they arrived! All projects have been completed in a timely fashion and the attention to detail is amazing. We have found that Scott and his associates continually perform above and beyond our expectations. He has consistently come up with affordable ideas to enhance any plans we have had in mind. I can easily, in full faith, recommend this company to anyone wanting work done around their home weather it's the smallest of projects or a complete remodel. Scott Deem and his team of professionals have done an outstanding job on work both large and small for us. The revamp of our 2nd bathroom to include a walk-in tub in our mobile home was completed in a less than a week in 2012 and has made it much easier for my husband to bathe, given his status with Alzheimer's. Reliable also prepared our house for sale in April 2013 when the tenants purchased a townhome at the end of their lease. The entire interior was painted, lamps and fans cleaned, screens replaced and a number of other important items fixed to welcome a new owner.
