That only scratches the surface. Steve and Jesse took the time to understand our needs and wants. They designed a kitchen/living room that captured who we are and how we live our lives. Jesse's creative eye was invaluable. He made suggestions, presented unique ideas and created an overall vibe that fits us. Our space is very different than what we thought we wanted. More than once I have walked into the space and been overwhelmed and thankful that Jesse wasn't afraid to present ideas and that we worked with Renaissance Builders. The devil is in the details. Their level of quality is impeccable! From the mastery in the trim carpentry, to the custom beams, to the countertops butting up to the window and to the custom concrete wall, they didn't miss a beat. Renaissance Builders is quality driven, and they don't compromise on that quality. When you have people coming into your home, your most personal space, trust is critical. Steve, Jesse and everyone else that worked on the project was very respectful of our home and the two of us. They were a lot of fun to work with and that can be a saving grace in a chaotic environment. Renaissance Builders delivers on their promises. From the project design, through production and to the final financial details, Renaissance Builders said what they were going to do and then did what they said! We HIGHLY recommend them. For us, we won't use anyone else in the future.
