Homeowners under contract receive quarterly service calls to address all components in their home to proactively find and repair/service minor issues before they become major problems. We treat the home the same way that you treat your car - regular services and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major, expensive problems. RMS customers, in addition to regular services, employ RMS to complete a multitude of other asks, whether that be handyman series, trade coordination to renovations. All customers have access to the RMS Emergency Call Center, in the event of a minor or major emergency event.

RMS have been providing a scheduled quarterly preventative maintenance program for us for the last 15 years. They have managed this work in a highly professional manner with minimal staff turnover. The technicians are familiar with our property and there have been no issues over this time frame. We have also used RMS for any unforeseen problemsand their work has been timely and well done. We have found the principals of RMS, Jim Kupczak and Craig Mackin, to be easy to communicate with and in all cases, they have been very responsive to our needs. As an example, a large tree fell on our deck during a bad windstorm in 2017. RMS responded immediately, contacting a tree removal service and ensuring that our yard and deck were secured so that further issues could be avoided. The deck was replaced in timely fashion, with a minimum of disruption to our busy lives. RMS technicians are respectful of our home and belongings and have always left things clean, tidy and organized. In no instance have we had a concern with respect to either the safety of our home or that of RMS technicians and employees. We have had two significant upgrades to each of two properties that we own and have used RMS as the general contractor. They managed this work very well using quality sub-contractors. We were advised of unforeseen issues in timely fashion and options were fairly presented. We are most impressed with the responsiveness and high standards employed by RMS, have recommended them to our friends and will continue to do so. As busy professionals, we find that RMS provides a service that is invaluable since we do not have the time to attend to household matters ourselves. We appreciate that there is additional cost associated with this and have been more than happy to pay for the peace of mind that we obtain from using the professionals at RMS. We fully support their application for certification.
