Homeowners under contract receive quarterly service calls to address all components in their home to proactively find and repair/service minor issues before they become major problems. We treat the home the same way that you treat your car - regular services and inspections to identify potential issues before they become major, expensive problems. RMS customers, in addition to regular services, employ RMS to complete a multitude of other asks, whether that be handyman series, trade coordination to renovations. All customers have access to the RMS Emergency Call Center, in the event of a minor or major emergency event.
