Tim and Chris delivered incredible customer service while perfectly executing the dream kitchen my wife and I always envisioned. They knew I was working on a time crunch and wanted this done within 3 weeks from closing and they absolutely delivered. Their transparency was exceptional and it was quite the educational experience as well!! What I appreciated most is even if something was it done perfectly they would re do it and held their team to the highest standard. There was one or two instances where to me it looked great but Tim being a perfectionist made sure it done to his standard. I couldn't recommend them enough. We have a few more projects coming up and they will 100% be my first phone call to get the job done right.

Tim and Chris from Revival were absolutely amazing to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and made sure to incorporate every request I had to the final design of our first floor reno. They gave us a very good understanding of what was going to happen, what we needed and how long it was going to take. To be honest, I didn't believe Tim when he said the project could be completed in 4-5 weeks.. but it was. Everything completed on time and within budget. Unheard of when it comes to contractors. They have a great group of guys working for them who were at the house bright and early, sometimes 7 days a week. From the start of the project, they created a group chat with me so we were always on the same page and they responded to any questions within the hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home contractor and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Revival Renovations exceeded our expectations with highly ethical management and very skilled tradesmen. We had a complex bathroom gut and remodel which was sketched out in basic form on a piece of paper. Revival Renovations was able to work from that to create exactly what we had envisioned. It was a very collaborative effort - they listened and understood what we wanted and they provided their guidance in how best to do it. They installed the fixtures, furnishings and stone tiles that we provided. Their workmanship in all phases was impeccable and the few times that we asked for changes they did them without an issue. They went above and beyond what we initially asked them to do and the results are fantastic.

Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.
