Revive 360 Renovations

Nov 2025- Jan 2026. We hired Revive360 Renovations for a bathroom gut/ remodel. In the beginning, the experience was very positive. Their early professionalism and smiles gave us confidence we that we will be taken care of. We told them our ideas/ requests and were met with "yes, we can do that". We even did our research and received a recommendation from friends. Midway into the project, we noticed that we had to communicate with the workers of what to do. Somehow, all communication was lost with direction concerning our job. The tilework was almost perfect. But many other parts to our job were sloppy and we had serious hidden Chicago code violations inside our walls and basement. Violations are not mistakes and cannot be overlooked. Our complaints have nothing to do with cosmetics (we must live with those issues). Our trust in Revive 360 disappeared at the end of our project. We hired a plumbing inspector to access their work before the final payment because sewer gas smells permeated our home. Revive 360 was invited but refused to attend. After multiple smoke tests and an adjacent wall in another room was opened, some of the issues causing sewer gas were discovered- no P-trap in the new bathtub, new pipes taped together with 'Flex Tape', the new toilet flange was below floor level, and the new main drain line in the basement had an incorrect slope and had to totally be rebuilt. We have spent a lot of additional funds to correct all of the mistakes.

We hired Revive360 for a major home renovation, and in the beginning, the experience was very positive. Their early professionalism, communication, and organization gave us confidence we had selected the right contractor. However, once the project moved into the detailed and finishing phases, the experience shifted dramatically. Many issues we documented including damaged items, incomplete work, and non-functional installations, were not acknowledged or were minimized. Even with photos and written explanations, the responses we received were vague, inconsistent, or nonexistent. Contractually, Revive360 did not follow several key requirements. They requested payments earlier than scheduled, labeled unfinished and non-functional items as “punch list,” and missed multiple scheduled meetings without providing notice. When we requested the required on-site walk-through and Certificate of Completion before final payment — as outlined in their own contract — they declined to meet but continued requesting payment. Communication deteriorated further when we asked for clarity or solutions, shifting toward deflection and avoidance rather than professional problem-solving. Revive360 ultimately stopped attending meetings and stopped coming to the project entirely, leaving several major items incomplete. We now have insurance claims open to address the damage and unresolved issues left behind. For homeowners considering Revive360 or researching renovation contractors, please be aware of these patterns. Our experience was extremely stressful and disappointing, especially after such a strong start. We have full documentation of our experience including email chains, photos/screenshots, and text messages and can provide it to anyone who would like verification.

Revive 360 Renovations did an absolutely amazing job assisting with updates across multiple rooms in my home. They were clean, communicative, transparent, informative, timely, and helpful. I am not very well-versed in the home renovation space, and they assisted in keeping the project within my budget as well as providing recommendations on potential adjustments to still achieve my desired look while not breaking the bank! I am so appreciative of the work that they did and would recommend to anyone in the Chicago area seeking to update their space. Bravo! 10/10 Recommend, will work with them no questions asked in the future on any projects that I need to tackle. I have worked with contractors and home improvement professionals before, and never have I ever had a project go this smoothly!

We recently completed a renovation of our apartment in downtown Chicago. In a nutshell - I cannot lavish enough compliments on Ohad and his crew. Doing a gut reno is stressful enough, let alone being 7,000 miles away. So, prior to starting the project, we met with Ohad who walked us through the whole thing. He delivered 100%. He was on time and on budget! The level of workmanship was superb. As noted, we were 7,000 miles away but Ohad communicated with us regularly via phone and video calls. He complied with all the building's requirements and restrictions, and management told us he was a breeze to work with; very professional. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Ohad and his team.
