Horrible. Stay clear. Chris billed for work complete and was paid promptly only to find out later the work wasn't actually done. Unfinished trim, poorly installed doors that don't close correctly, etc. I reached out to him and he promised to go fix it (after initially denying the issue until I sent him pictures). However, each commitment came and went without the work being done. After many weeks of me asking when the work would be done and him missing each promise he yelled at me on the phone and said he didn't need the headache. I told him I'd go else where to have the work fixed. I didn't even want him to deal with my tenants or enter my property after that. Beware!

Ben rents to drug dealing tenants and they asked me to leave so they could start their stuff that job was a couple years ago Now he runs around and try’s to slander my name wherever he can
