We are thrilled with the professionalism and workmanship that Ron and Josh Ricci demonstrated in building our new house. The Riccis attend continuing education conferences every year to keep up with the best practices and materials. We bought a “challenging lot” as one potential builder put it. When Ron saw it, he said, “I like a challenge!” Ron and Josh introduced us to vendors and even went with us as we selected flooring, granite, fixtures, cabinetry, etc. So many choices! Both Ron and Josh have a good sense of what will look great and work well, so this relieved a lot of stress for us. The budgets were manageable. We went under on a few items and over on a few items, but overall, Ron’s estimates were right on the mark. He did not budget the lowest options and what we went over on were our choices. With any surprises, Ron and Josh were always even tempered and calmed any of our anxieties. Finally, we had the house of our dreams. We needed a house with multi-levels for multi-generational living, thus an elevator. It is an Energy Star certified home made of top-notch materials. Not only is the “behind the walls” construction excellent, the Riccis add some very nice special finishing features such as wainscoting in our dining room and a coffered ceiling in the master bedroom. The Riccis are also very conscientious about follow-up. We are celebrating our first year in this new house. Through the year, we have said many times, “I’m so glad we chose the Riccis."

Because of helping us have a house plan drawn, patiently answering many questions, suggesting knowledgeable people in the building supply industries, personally accompanying us to pick out many fixtures, etc., we have an Energy Star certified, Green rated home, completed in 2017 by Ricci Builders. In the year's time we worked with Ron, we found his subcontractors to be professional and efficient. He utilizes quality and value in construction products. His warm personality, attentions to details, honesty and integrity turned what could have been a challenging, stressful time into a pleasurable, exciting time of anticipation for the finished product. He has come back to our house since then to address some minor issues. We highly recommend Ricci Builders if you want remodeling work or a well-built, quality home.

Ron Ricci built our house in 2008 and we could not have made a better choice. Ron went over and above on everything he put into our home. We asked for crown molding and Ron put in very ornate crown molding. We asked for wood floors and Ron had his installers put in this beautiful outline pattern in the wood. He added additional stone trim around the outside windows, and additional wood trim around the inside windows. We wanted an energy efficient house and when completed it was one of the best energy rated homes he had built thus far. He said every house he builds has his signature and wants to be sure his customers get what they pay for. His attention to detail during the planning phase was superior to any builder we had previously spoken with. If you are considering constructing a new home I highly recommend you sit down with Ron. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Ricci built my home in 2008. He does excellent work and stands behind everything in the home. I've only had a few minor issues with the home and Mr. Ricci has always been willing and prompt at resolving them. A good example of his commitment to the home - I had a couple of windows that the gas in between the panes released and caused the window to fog. Come to find out, the company that produced the windows had issues with this defect. This was 5 years after I had been in the home. Of course the warranty was out - but Mr. Ricci pursued this and received new replacement windows for my home. He went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. My experience with Mr. Ricci is he will always put in the extra effort to make everything he does well above average.

Complete home construction. Modern Texas Farmhouse style. Natural high quality materials such as exposed cedar beams, TX limestone, metal roof, reclaimed wood floors from an RJ Reynolds tobacco barn in Winston Salem NC. Many green building techniques used including: geothermal heating and cooling, solar hot water, radiant heat in floors, spray foam insulation.

Ricci Builders constructed a driveway extension, several retaining walls, and some stairs to expand the parking at our house. The final product was very high quality. Throughout the entire process the communication was excellent -- the proposal was easy to understand with many illustrations. We we received frequent emails and texts with additional photos and updates throughout the construction. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Ron made repairs on my home. My home is 7 years old. Ron repaired problems with my house left by the original builder. He did not charge me full price because he lives near us. I know other people Ron has done work for, none did not like his work. Ron is a great person and builder. I which more contractors were like Ron.

Ricci Builders & Management, Inc. assessed and upgraded the energy efficiency of my 1928 Tudor revival house, and put on a new roof (garage, too). He took note of things I'd never have considered and meticulously repaired flaws which impacted the upgrades he recommended. Now my house is more efficient than those comparable to it, according to Duke Energy. The roof looks great and works --no leaks. Ron Ricci is a pleasure to work with. He gave generous time to discussing my project while I lived out of town, and he completed it before I moved. I recommend him most highly.

Ricci Builders constructed a new custom home with an emphasis on sustainability and energy conservation. The home was built with quality materials and craftsmanship. Ron worked with plans drawn up by my architect and had frequent conversations with the architect to ensure that the home was built as designed. Ron had a variety of subcontractors for parts of the construction and nearly all of them were timely and of high quality. Ron used feedback and observation of his subcontractors to decide whether to continue to use their services. Since completing construction, Ron has brought potential clients up to see my home as an example of the kind of construction he does.

I can recommend Ricci Builders very, very highly. I've hired them on 2 occasions - once to add additional waterproofing protection to a spot in my roof that has a changing pitch, and another time to troubleshoot an electric fan problem. Ron is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, fair, and has built many houses in our area so he is above all experienced. I would without hesitation recommend Ron to anyone for any home building project - large or small.
