I recently had a kitchen leak back in April and it took FOREVER to my homeowners insurance to comply. In the midst Richey Construction was helpful and patient during this time. From the first phone call, they were understanding, kind, caring and there to help me with any questions I had. I had my Kitchen upgraded and remodeled with Richey Construction and it was the best decision. I had all new cabinets, new knobs, new sink/faucet, upgraded my counters, upgraded to recess lighting in my kitchen, added shelving, moved my indoor laundry room out to the garage, my indoor laundry area was converted to a pantry, and they painted my walls. My insurance company provided a contractor and I felt they were useless and didn't even know what they were saying. When Richey Construction came to my home for a consultation and quote I felt confident in them. They answered all my questions with no hesitation and they did not beat around the bush. They were very forward about what they could or could not do and pricing. Their workers who came to my home were very kind, caring and everyday at the would clean up before they left. My overall experience was GREAT! I never thought I'd say that about having repairs/upgrades, but I seriously can say it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Richey Construction to others. Such a beautiful job they did on EVERYTHING.

My remodel included the demo of a master bedroom and patio, then addition of a master suite with bedroom, walk-in closet, master bath, and laundry room. Additionally, I had a small bath completely remodeled, some square footage added to a small bedroom, the garage finished, and two small decorative trellises added. There was more . . A new and relocated electrical panel, tankless water heater, new sewer line, a small vinyl fence and broken concrete added as walkway. And the exterior of the house painted. A lot of work, but the project stayed on budget. I looked for a contractor to work with for a number of years but had been unable to find one who offered a fair price along with a solid reputation. Then I found Chuck Richey and Jason Humason. I had a fantastic experience with them and their crews. They did great work and were so flexible. Did I mention that I lived in the house with my two dogs throughout construction? We survived and I would hire Richey Construction again without hesitation.

I had an exceptionally wonderful experience with Chuck Richey and the 2 professionals who completed my kitchen remodel. They were courteous and responsive at all times. The finished project was better than I imagined. The job was completed in a very acceptable time frame. They were flexible with modifications that became necessary. They left the work site clean every day. My house had some odd construction challenges and these were all managed without problem. I would definitely use this company again!

Richey Construction remodeled my master bathroom. The work included tearing down the shower and rebuilding it with tile (mesh and border), removing and replacing flooring, vanity, counter, sinks and toilet. The quality of their work is wonderful and although I was so busy working, all I had to do was tell Chuck Richey what I liked for the vanity, faucets and countertops and what my budget was. With that information he came back at a convenient time for me and presented actual samples that fit my liking and budget so I could quickly make my decisions. This was tremendously helpful and really made the job move quickly. Chuck is very pleasant to work with and easily reachable at any time before, during and after construction. His crew is courteous and talented and very hardworking. After such a great job, on the bathroom, I hired them to install my kitchen tile with the same great experience. I would recommend Richey Construction for any project!
