Skilled Hands Remodeling provided the HOA excellent service and repairs. They exceeded expectations and did FANTASTIC work. The property had decks that were not safe and needed various levels of repairs. During the process, it was found that many issues were hidden and not identified until after the work began. SHR provided accurate and fair assessments of the additional issues and the mitigation/solution of them. The initial project estimates and pricing very affordable even after the additional issues were found. Each deck project was unique and was approached as such which kept the entire project within budget. Perhaps most important for our property, the work was completed to the highest standards and done correctly the first time at a great price. [We have experienced the opposite many times with other contractors i.e. high price, low quality]. We appreciated the entire Team's quality, honesty and integrity - they will be back completing more projects for us! Skilled Hands wholly deserves more than the five star rating given!

In 2013, Jonathan Young made many repairs for our condos, 18 decks, 2 sets of stairs, and one very large Keystone block retaining wall. He provided us with the best quality of construction, the most honest advice, and the most reasonable prices for the quality of the finished product in the 23 years I have lived here. The decks, stairs, and retaining wall are more attractive and stronger now than when the condos were new in 1984. We hired Jonathan Young to primarily tile 3 bathrooms and he did a terrific job. In addition, he hung complex chandeliers, heavy wall hanging, etc. He is very skilled, offers very good ideas, has a great attitude , is flexible and extremely neat. in addition, Jonathan's pricing was excellent. Jonathan Young did a fantastic job of building the deck on the second story of my 3-story home. He designed, built and stained it, and it is by far the best deck in the neighborhood now. I love it, and look forward to hiring him again to complete some interior improvements to my home.
