Shane was very responsive, proactive with communications, and did a great job. We needed vinyl siding replaced with hardy plank and finished with trim. Our home had complicated measurements and cuts which took an excessive amount of time and accuracy. He communicated with us every step of the way and completed the project in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend. ML

My wife and I had been looking for a construction company to help us with our window project for months and we had been unsuccessful finding a company that could meet our expectations, this became a long stressful process. We reached out to Rigid construction the owner Shane responded timely and was able to address our challenges and concerns and seeing the quality of workmanship really took the stress away and we knew Shane and his team were the right choice. Shane walks through the window install/construction process thoroughly and helps you understand the value of the investment when hiring his company. Our experience with Rigid was top notch and was the right choice to do out window install. Shane and his crew did a bathroom remodel for us, and a kitchen countertop replacement. They also replaced our front door. Doing remodel work with homeowners living in the house can be complicated. Shane and his people were professional and accommodating, working around us and out schedules and needs while getting the job done. We are very pleased with the work that was done. The quality of the work is top notch, and their customer service is excellent.

This was my first project, out of four over the last 10+ years working with Shane. With this project, we had the idea we wanted a "dormer" for a porch. From there, Shane selected the design and finishes to best match our little house. We were so happy with the job he did, we had him come back and work on our next home!

I hired Shane to build a rather large retaining wall in order create a level level yard in front of my home. It was a sizable task and I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. Shane not only did an outstanding job but he met the time frame I needed. The wall looked amazing and I couldn't have been happier. I frequently got compliments from people walking by about how nice it looked. His pricing was fair and his attention to detail really stood out. The next summer when I needed my roof replaced I didn't even hesitate to have Shane do the work. He again did a fantastic job and I was thrilled. I highly recommend Shane. You won't be disappointed.
