As a designer it has been my pleasure to work with River Tree Builders on numerous projects. I can confidently recommend River Tree to my clients knowing that their project will be executed with attention to detail and the highest level of quality. You never know what to expect when remodeling, but I trust River Tree Builders and their team of professionals to navigate the challenges and produce beautiful results.

We found River Tree Builders to be professional, responsive, communicative, and clever. We remained in our home, with both of us working full time, during the renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms. The supervisor coordinated the overall project and the subcontractor scheduling in such a way as to inconvenience us very little and to get the project done on time. Their dust containment was remarkable! Easily we were able to visit showrooms, making timely selections about materials, appliances, and fixtures. We appreciated greatly the customization. River Tree Builders was able to accommodate two preexisting wonky walls as well as the homeowners’ high priority for efficiency and convenience of storage and incorporating refrigerated drawers, i.e. beer drawers.

Our project consisted of a very extensive renovation, which ended up almost as a tear down and re-build. We ended up replacing and adding a new roof and truss system, added a third car garage, a gym and bumped out the kitchen. A large brand new kitchen was added as well. All windows were replaced and very large sliding glass doors were added to look out onto the river. All interior systems were replaced; electrical, insulation, plumbing, air conditioning, The project also included a large circular garage, landscaping and full exterior. We did the WORKS! We love our newly remodeled home and it was well worth all the work out into it.

We used River Tree builders to build a large addition on the front of our home. Due to a small lot and a pool in the back, we needed to expand on the front. We were preparing for one of our parents to move in with us. We knew of a couple houses in our area that had construction done by River Tree builders. The properties and homes' values were much more than ours. We also had a friend recommend River Tree builders. We met with Barry Richardson, the owner, and discussed what our needs were. After spending time with him, we felt that he could do what we need, and do it right. We based our decision on word-of-mouth, common sense, and intuition. Barry was friendly, very professional, and very much an expert in his field. We added two rooms on the front of the house, and a room on the side, where a courtyard was. We also had old shower "pits" (showers with a step in it, where you had to step down twice to get in) raised and remodeled, a fireplace removed to allow more space in the living room, and many repairs. Everyone involved in the project were clean, friendly, and meticulous in whatever they did. I never had to worry about the security of my home when I went out. We needed practical spaces, as we really use our house, and have two college students in and out. Mr. Richardson and his home designer listened, and provided answers to all our needs. The construction started around May 2014, and by October 2014, we were using the new rooms. There was no gap in progress, we always knew when they were coming and what they were going to do. They handled the few glitches swiftly and correctly. One thing that was important to us, was that they didn't suggest extra splurges that weren't in our budget. They also knew which small details to consult with us on before doing something. They knew that small details did matter. Since we lived in the house during the project, we witnessed quality work throughout the project. The team of professionals were always polite, friendly, and didn't mind us being around. We tried to be patient and flexible, and it paid off. We can look back on this project as a positive event in our lives, thanks to Barry Richardson and River Tree Builders. We would use them again, if needed, and would recommend them to anyone needing their services, large or small. They will get it done, and they will do it right. They are wonderful to work with.

We recently used River Tree Builders for an extensive remodeling project which included almost the entire interior of our home. We changed walls, floors, doorway openings and replaced the entire kitchen. River Tree Builders provided very professional, timely and considerate service to complete our project in a timely manner. They were very responsive and open to change and incorporating our ideas. We were especially pleased with the level of professionalism and quality of workmanship of the superintendent and sub-contractors working in our home.
