This was the second job RJE performed for me at this location. The first was severe roofing and water damage where they were sourced via State Farm. They were on-time, communicated well, cleaned up after themselves, were very respectful, and extremely transparent. Fast forward a couple of years to when my wife and I were moving out of our home....the home inspector for the buyers backed the refrigerator over the water line then left, causing massive flooding in the kitchen and destroying about 1/2 of the basement. This time I hired RJE to do the job with my insurance company's blessing and the knocked a very difficult job out in a matter of days. This was important because it avoided the need to push back the settlement date. Any time there is a job too large to handle myself, I will contact RJE. I feel like it's difficult to find contractors you can truly trust, and I trust Ralph and his team any day.
