Hi everyone! I typically never write reviews or post on public spaces. When I see those posts I always think it’s someone in the company promoting themselves. This is not the case here! I’m doing this because 1. We felt so overwhelmed searching for the right company to help us replace old windows I’m hoping this review is useful for others 2. I truly believe in their work and they deserve to be supported. Our house has all Anderson windows but we decided to go with a company called RJW and couldn’t be happier. So far we have had two separate projects completed by them with a total of NINE windows installed. They are reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, professional and have some super deals. Our house is more insulated since replacing the windows which has helped keep our oil bills lower and kept the house cool in the summer. I have met with five different representatives (all of them awesome) and always talk to the same woman who handles the scheduling. After each project they send a representative to the house to follow up and even called months later to make sure we were still happy. I honestly haven’t ever had service this helpful so it’s refreshing to finally feel taken care of especially when investing money in our home. It’s hard to beat lifetime guarantee on all components including installation.

RJW did my roof and did an excellent job from tear-off to reshingle.They were efficient clean and professional.When I needed a new front door I naturally called them and received the same high quality materials and workmanship. When I need windows I'm calling RJW.

Excellent Job, my windows changed the look of the house drastically which is not what I was going for when I intially purchased them. When it comes to energy saving that's when i really believed and noticed the change. I had to change my thermostat by 5 degrees, it is incredibly. I highly recommend them, they didnt pressure me to sign the final contract even thought there were some details pending, and the encasing outside the windows is beautiful.

Picking the right company to replace your roof and gutters can be a daunting task, to say the least. I did a lot of research and decided to speak with and get proposals from 4 different roofing companies. Speaking with RJW Exteriors was a last minute decision because I thought I had already chosen the right company for me. I am so glad that I had that meeting with the RJW representative. His presentation was very professional, thorough and educational. He went up into the attic and examined the plywood, ventilation elements and showed me a number of pictures that he had taken. Every step of the process was described and he even showed me samples of all the component materials. You could tell that the crew knew what they were doing and they worked very hard to complete the job efficiently. They were very neat and did everything they could to protect your property. When they were done, the clean up was very thorough and they took great pains to make sure that you were very satisfied with the work. If you need a new roof...you must check out RJW Exteriors!

RJW people are very professional, very caring for the property. They listen, and then they do. And do perfectly. And until you are satisfied, they don't leave. I don't think I have dealt with this level of professionalism before. Really 10 stars.

Had my basement windows replaced by RJW exteriors. Unhappy with the final product, as they left the original 1924 wood window casing and put my brand new windows on top of 100 year old wood. The choice wasn’t discussed with me. I would have been happy to pay more for a brand new 100% legit renovation, but I only knew this was the case when I went to look at completed job. RJW said their installers felt the 100 year old wood was sufficient. My new windows have frames with 100 year old hardware and new damage and nail holes from ripping out the old windows. RJW team told me my warranty was still valid with 100 year old wood and I should just paint it. Disappointments because I have other projects in this work in progress house that I would have loved to give the same contractor. Company seemed concerned but weren’t willing to even come in and paint/sand wood. Wish I could upload photos

RJW staff was very professional and accommodating, they did a wonderful job with our roof and used the finest materials.

Our job is almost finished. They have done a great job. Fast and efficient. The house never looked so beautiful. It was well worth the cost to have the job done right. They think of everything including clean up after each days work and at the end. Would recommend them.

My neighbor had her house vinyl sided, I told her her home came out beautiful. I asked her the name of the company she said RJW. I called the number promptly, My wife did not want me to go on a ladder to paint.. the consultant came the very next day, we negotiated on a price, a date and in no time the professionals that work for RJW did fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Had RJW put new siding on entire home. Job went amazingly easy, exceeded expectations. Installers were very skilled. Job sold to me was job done. That was 2018. So impressed with siding job, when it came time to buy a new door the choice was easy. RJW carries Provia doors, super high quality. Use these guys.
