WARNING! Never use this contractor. He did NOT start any work in our home and did not refund our money. We had to take him to small claims court to get our own money back, He does not communicate well: Does not return calls; or calls back late at night or cluster calls. He talks over you and only sees his own point of view. He has terrible customer service. I would NEVER recommend this company! We had a small kitchen project, I cant imagine what a disaster a big remodel would be.

Drew Rodriguez with Rodriguez General Contracting and Custom Painting did an outstanding job on my Kitchen and Bathroom remodel. He was very nice and professional and the quality of workmenship was fabulous!! I plan on using him again to do my desert home!! Thank you Drew Rodriguez for exceeding our expectations!!

This contractor disappeared after signing the contract except to pick up a weekly progress payment, even when no progress had been made. The kitchen remodel should have taken 6 weeks but took over 3 months. They demoed parts of the house before we agreed to it, in one instance taking all the components from our newly installed big screen TV and stacking them in a pile. They were consistently late and made numerous mistakes that cost us thousands of dollars in repairs to other contractors. We finally kicked them off the job and hired other contractors to finish. While they were alone at our house, my wife had approx $20,000 worth of jewelry stolen from our master bath.

We did not disappear from this home project. We worked very hard on his home and even performed work out of our contract for free. We value each our our clients like they are family. Our goal is to make sure that each client is happy and our workmanship is outstanding. He simply refused to let us back in so that he would not have to pay us the remainder of the contract. We did a great job for him and we did not get paid.
