R.O.I Renos

ROI Renos helped us realize a plan to renovate our 38 year old home. It was an extensive renovation, removing load bearing walls, electrical and plumbing. Jim did an excellent job of coordinating the engineer, town permits and other contractors. The work that Jim and Jim and crew did was excellent, we highly recommend this company .

This is the second renovation project we have had Jim and Jim complete. We are just as happy as when they renovated our kitchen and main floor. This time we had them finish our basement. He helped with the design and layout, made an extremely functional and clean laundry room, enclosed our furnace and water heater out of the way, lay laminate flooring over the concrete, and developed a lovely open concept area that will be part exercise room, part office, part home theatre. We will definitely hire again and would recommend them to anyone!

This is the 2nd time we have used R.O.I. The first time we had a bathroom remodeled. We made a couple changes as we went along and at that time when Jim and Jim were finished I thought that was the most beautiful room in the house. This time they took 2 small bedrooms that were outdated by about 30yrs. They made one stunning bedroom. These guys are friendly, courteous and we can tell they take pride in their work. We love, love, love this reno. Not 1 problem. We would recommend R.O.I absolutely. We already have them lined up to fo more work downstairs. By the way I now think our master bedroom is the best room in the house!

Thank you to Jim for taking my vision and making it a reality for both my on-suite and upstairs bathrooms plus changes to a bedroom. He heard the ask, kept in budget, on time and provided a fabulous end product. During the renovations the mess was kept to a minimum and they tried to minimize any inconvenience to day to day living. Jim has done numerous renovations for myself and family in the past few years. Our renovations started with a basement suite for my mom. This involved putting in a 4 piece bathroom, a kitchenette, a bedroom and and a living room. In all areas the work was exceptional. He then remodeled a bathroom for us taking a large bathroom and making 2 smaller bathrooms. The next project he tackled was to refinish my moms basement and put in a bathroom. This past spring and summer he redesigned a kitchen which involved getting permits and working with kitchen installers. The last project Jim did was to redo our deck. throughout all these projects Jim’s work exceeded our expectations. He is easy to work with and when we had issues or problems he worked with us to find a solution. Jim with his team big Jim was respectful, courteous and professional. I always felt comfortable discussing any minor changes. He always made sure we were happy with the end product. If you want perfection you have it with Jim and his team.

We were very happy with ROI Renos. They did an extensive renovation in our house and we could not have imagined it turning out any better. Not only would I recommend these guys, we will 100% be using them again for any/all future projects.

Jim and Jim did another great job for us that entailed removing an old kitchen, tearing out a portion of wall, installing an entire new kitchen from floor up, re-tiled laundry room, powder room, installed new cabinets in laundry room, re-grouted two upstairs bathrooms, installed new vanities in three bathrooms, installed heated kitchen floor, painted wall, trim, re-routed exhaust duct over stove, plus many other interconnected items. Especially pleased that they caught a problem with the original plumbing that could have caused major flood damage. This is the second major renovation job and will always call on them.

Jim and Jim renovated and updated our basement over the course of two months and we could not be more pleased with the final product. They were always respectful of our property and a pleasure to have in our home. We knew we were in good hands with Jim and Jim and had the utmost confidence that the work was being done properly and to the highest standard. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family and they will be our first call for any other home renovation projects we need done.
