The Royal Construction Team is excellent. They just recently added 1500 square feet to my existing fifty year old home. The work is impressive and impeccable. Their customer service is professional, timely and on point. The quality is high-end and they don’t put pretty on top of a problem. If something needs replacing in order to get the quality and appearance the customer desires, they consult and explain why something needs changing or upgraded. I highly recommend this company for your high-end renovation or new build.

I have only good things to say about Hamid Izadi and his team of professionals at Royal Construction Company. My husband and I decided to remodel the first-floor main bedroom and bath to include accessible accommodations. Hamid and his team were responsive, friendly, and open to listen to any concerns we voiced. Hamid was flexible and easily adapted to changes needed in the original design. The team completed the work promptly. The quality of the work of the project team is superb. They were thorough and careful and showed concern for our family's needs during this daunting task. They added a screened-in porch to the bedroom; it looks like it was in the original design. The new master bath is a masterpiece. They replaced the flooring on the first floor, and everything was seamless. I have owned three homes, and the thing I hate the most about being a homeowner is having to hire contractors, which is inevitable. Hiring Royal Construction Group was the best choice I could have made. They are true professionals, well-mannered, caring, proficient, and effective. I would recommend them for any construction project. They are the absolute best.

Hamid and his son, Ash, did an excellent job on our home renovation. They remodeled our kitchen, pantry, laundry room, bathrooms, closets, installed new carpet and doors, and painted. They were super easy to work with, very communicative, and got the project done when they said they would. Also, any idea we gave them they ran with it and made it look better than we ever could dream of. I would recommend Royal Construction for any home renovation project!

Since moving to GA in 2003, we've had a couple bad experiences with contractors, but you have restored our trust that some people take their craft seriously, do what they agreed to do while delivering top notch customer service ahead of schedule. Our experience with Royal Construction Group was excellent. The quality of their work is consistently outstanding, exceeding our expectations every time. We had three different projects around the house with great results- a new office, a new bathroom, and the expansion of a laundry room. They made great recommendations that improved the space and enhanced our home’s aesthetics.
Their staff is highly skilled, trustworthy, and friendly. We would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent construction work.

Hamid and his company renovated an outdoor area for a new hot tub in Sandy Springs. The project required careful demolition of an existing structure attached to the house, leveling and installing a new floor and sidewalls with new tile and trim to match the rest of the house, and new electric power for the hot tub. All the work was carried out on time and within pricing as agreed. The crew was skilled and courteous and cleanup was thorough. Hamid was extremely prompt in providing quotes and responding to questions. Highly recommended.

We hired Hamid and his team to renovate our master's bathroom. He told us upfront that his prices would be a little higher than average but that the quality would be worth it. We went with him because he seemed the most knowledgeable out of all the contractors that we met with. After signing the contract, he gave us a clear time line of what to expect and he stuck to it. We showed him example pictures of how we wanted the remodel to look like and was really impressed with how well the end product was. Hamid was very easy to work with when it came to changes that we wanted to make. He responds very fast to both texts and calls and always updated us on things that needed to be brought to our attention.
I would highly recommend hiring Hamid and his team. Our bathroom turned out better than what we originally imagined. Their attention to detail is amazing; things like repainting old areas to match it with the newly renovated areas and matching crown molding of the new areas to the old. He's also able to source materials like vanities, granite countertops, tiles, accent slats, rimless shower glass, etc. I'm usually very busy so it was nice to have such a hands off experience working with Hamid. It was true when he said that his higher than average price would be worth it just for the peace of mind that your project is in good hands and everything will go according to plan.

We invested our life savings in the renovation of our new home, which is every bit as scary as it sounds. The single most important decision we made was our choice of builder, and Hamid (Sensitive Information Hidden) of Royal Construction Group was a godsend. We interviewed five builders of various company sizes and price ranges. Royal Construction Group wasn't the least expensive but not the most either, by far. The difference between Hamid and the others was that Hamid instills immediate confidence. He knew what his costs would be, he communicated it all clearly and with honesty, and there were no conflicts over estimated vs. actual costs. Yes, there were unplanned projects along the way, but they were our choice and the costs were always fair.
After six months of major renovation (we took the house down to the studs), the project was completed ON TIME and for the price we agreed. There was NEVER a day that workers didn't show up. SOMEONE was at our house every single day, moving the ball, getting it done, because Hamid feels strongly that he uses his own subcontractors and they have been uniformly excellent. There were a thousand decisions to be made along the way, and Hamid provided experienced counsel. We trust him more now than the day we hired him. You would be very lucky to have him on your side.

Hamid and his team are wonderful. They do excellent work. They are responsive and when problems arise as they always do in renovations they are solutions oriented. We are very happy with the quality of their work and the overall process of working with the team. I would absolutely recommend them to others and would hire again in the future for additional work.

We had a wonderful experience with Royal Construction Group. When we first met with Mr. Izadi to review our basement for a Veterans Administration (SAH) remodel, we felt very confident that his company would be the one we would select. There are certain standards the Veterans Administration (SAH) requires (due to a disability) that must be followed; including multiple inspections by the VA, plus local city inspections. Everything was handled most efficiently. Materials were ordered and delivered and his team of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and helpers were always on time each day and worked nonstop (except for a quick lunch break). If we had any concerns about a certain part of the project, Mr. Izadi was right there to get the problem solved in a very timely manner. When the project was being discussed, Mr. Izadi stated that he would give us a beginning date and an ending date. These dates were met without any problems. We are totally pleased with the outcome of the remodel and we will use Royal Construction Group again if we need further remodeling completed. We highly recommend Royal Construction Group and Mr. Izadi to anyone who may need work completed at their home, business, etc.

Royal Construction
Royal Construction was a pleasure to work with! Not only did they do a fabulous job, but within a very reasonable timeframe and at a very fair price. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I had to watch how much was spent, and they worked with me all the way through to have good quality at a price I could afford. The costs were well defined and I knew exactly what to expect, and they produced exactly what they promised.
My big surprise was the fine quality of their work. One hears horror stories of other contractors with poor quality work, unfinished work and exhorbitantly inflated prices. so I waited and researched to make the decision to go with Royal Construction. I am so glad I did! The workers were all helpful and eager to please. If there was ever a question, they would take it to the boss, and we’d work it out. Every day when the folks left, they’d have things tidied and cleaned up, to make my continued occupancy pleasant while the projects were being done.
My daughter is a well established real estate agent, and she was incredibly impressed with their level of professionalism and quality. She has since added Royal Construction to her preferred contractor list, also.

Hamid and his crew were wonderful to work with! They came highly recommended by our interior designer, and I can definitely see why. Our scope of work included a complete demo (down to the studs) of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet; framing and drywall installation; plumbing, tiling, and custom cabinetry; painting and hardwood floor installation; new fireplace install and shelf build-out; and exterior wall demo for new window install. They also installed heated floors and added outlets and lights. Throughout this process, Royal Construction Group was communicative, patient, and had high standards for the work they presented to us. We are SO happy with the final product, and will be holding on to Hamid's number for any future projects we dream up!
Oh, a major plus for us was that they were SO kind with our four young kids and old dog. I can't say enough about what a difference it made to me that they were family-friendly and always happy to answer questions or chat with!

Hamid, Ash, and team were professional, efficient, and resourceful working to finish our basement. We highly recommend the team and will have them at the top of our list for any other project needs in the future. The team worked with us to understand our vision, lend recommendations, coordinate permitting, and bring our vision to a reality. This was all completed within budget and timeline. We could not ask for more.

Hamid, Ash, and team had high standards and extreme attention to detail throughout the project. They were flexible and worked with us and a film production crew, adjusting the schedule as needed. When issues arose - which was inevitable with a project of this size and complexity - Royal always made things right ASAP and without complaint; they definitely went well above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results, a welcome surprise in a sea of contractor horror stories.
We know we weren’t the easiest of clients due to our expectations and scheduling challenges so we want to thank Hamid and (especially) Ash for all their hard work and the stunning results. We will definitely engage them for our next project!

We highly recommend Royal Construction Group barnone! They did an impeccable job in renovating our basement from our theatre room, kitchenette to the Billards and game room. Hamid and his design team came up with a brilliant idea on the floor plan maximizing all possible spaces. They are very professional and does great work. He is always there to inspect the work and communicates constantly Hamid is such a delight to work with. He made our dream basement into an elegant reality. Enjoyed working with him and Ash. I hired Royal Construction to build out a retail store in a high-end shopping center in Buckhead. I've built out similar stores in two other locations. Working with Royal Construction was a much better experience than the previous two. It was a breath of fresh air to have a builder who stood by his word and price although there were, as always, complications during the project. We finished on time and on budget and the store looks fantastic. I would highly recommend RCG.

Working with Hamid and his team was a true pleasure for my first major remodel of my kitchen and laundry room area, His son Asher and the team were there daily. They are thorough, detailed and customer oriented and they take great pride in their work. I enjoyed working with them. Communication was beyond amazing. My husband has ALS and we needed to have our bathroom handicap accessible. Royal Construction Group was outstanding. Hamid and everyone on the construction crew were very experienced, respectful and accommodating to us since we had to live there during the renovations. They went above and beyond to make the renovations not only functional but beautiful. I would recommend Royal Construction Group to anyone needing home remodeling or building.

We purchased a one-story 1950's bungalow with plans to turn it into a two story home, doubling the square footage. The project was substantial, taking the existing structure down to the studs and adding a second floor. Royal Construction was recommended to us, and we are very glad we selected Royal Construction. We had a great experience. Mr. Izadi and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and easy to work with. Either he or his project manager were on site every day managing the sub-contractors and ensuring quality work. The entire process was very collaborative and smooth. Mr. Izadi worked closely with our architect to recommend areas where we could save on costs while still maintaining quality and the look we wanted. He was receptive to changes that we requested. We highly recommend Royal Construction.

We felt more comfortable with him compared to the other contractors we contacted for our extensive project. Hamid definitely will not promise anything he cannot deliver within your budget.
Hamid applies his vast experience from his years in the industry and working with customers to enhance your own ideas. He was able to understand and interpret my wife's style and delivered a stunning look beyond what we could have imagined and within our budget. He knows a lot of ways to get the look you want without extending your budget beyond reason.
Hamid is open to let you know, based on his interpretation of your style (that is very perceptive), if something won't quite aesthetically match your vision, but he's always able to provide expert alternatives that will leave you incredibly impressed. He delivers what he says he will, and you will not be disappointed. You should trust his judgement because he treats your project like it is his own home and he can advise you on how to can get the best look and return on your investment.
We highly recommend Hamid for any of your construction/finishing projects. He is very fair and a man of his word. We can say that he is proven to us over and over again that he can be counted on and that's a mark of true professional who cares about his customer. We can call Hamid today and he will immediately respond and do his best to continue to satisfy our needs.

Working with Hamid was great! He is very professional and kept us informed every step of the process. I was always clear on the timeline, price, and next steps. At the end of the project, Hamid's cleaning crew came in and left the house spotless and ready for us to move right back in. I can't speak more highly of Royal Construction!

We had a bad experience with Royal Construction after hiring them for the full renovation of our Buckhead condo. During our initial meeting, Hamid lead us to believe that our 1200 sq ft condo remodel would be quick and uncomplicated. We were quoted a 4-week turnaround to finish the job. After three missed deadlines, shoddy work, and countless issues, that 4 weeks turned into almost THREE MONTHS.
Hamid’s project manager and the Royal Construction team were careless and unproficient from the very start of the project. They tore down our California closets that should have been salvaged during the demolition process. As it turned out, the demo process was a foreshadowing of the many other mistakes that his team would make. Namely, bathroom tiles, drywall, appliance installation, electrical issues, paint, clean up, and the list goes on. Shower tiles were installed so poorly, the entire shower floor had to be ripped up and installed again . The paint job was sloppy leaving paint splattered everywhere - even on the fire sprinkler heads that should have been covered before the work began. The painters came back over and over to clean up, patch, and redo their work. Many places still aren’t 100%. Popcorn ceiling removal had to be redone after the first attempt left us with deep ceiling ripples. A lot of the trim was uneven, not sanded well, and poorly done. There were also project planning and scheduling issues with suppliers that installed materials - one of the most alarming issues was the dishwasher that was installed without enough space to open it past 45 degrees before it collided with the oven in our L-shaped kitchen. We discovered it after we moved back in - no quality control from the Project Manager. The fireplace wasn’t hooked up correctly causing a gas leak for several days. Project Manager didn’t discover that either. After a drawn out finish with recurring visits from painters, the fireplace “specialist,” carpenter, and cleaners, we were happy to end our relationship with Hamid. He’s a nice guy and tried his best to fix it in the end, but his team’s craftsmanship is subpar and failed to meet our expectations.

To address the time line, the original estimated time was 8 weeks; As long as there were no changes or deviations from the original plans, such as the layout of the kitchen and the master bathroom. These changes, of course had an effect on the original estimated timeline. Yes, there were some imperfections, that once brought to my attention, were promptly rectified. By the end of the project, everything was signed off on by the home owners; and their satisfaction at the completion stated we delivered quality work.

As a real estate professional, I am grossly disappointed and disturbed by my experience with Hamid Izadi, the owner of Royal Construction Group, Inc. -
In May 2019 I met with Mr. Izadi to discuss the remodeling of a 1,400 square foot condominium which primarily consisted of two small bathrooms and a small kitchen. I gave Mr. Izadi a specific budget and expressed that the figure was final. I signed an agreement with an expected completion date of 6 weeks.
By mid July I had met all payment schedule requirements while the project was only 50% completed. Mr. Izadi then invoiced me a new amount that exceeded the project budget by almost 30%. Upon further inspection, Mr. Izadi had grossly inflated multiple line items.
On August 5th, 2019 I contacted Mr. Izadi with intentions to compromise and renegotiate but my attempt was only met with threats of legal action. I immediately called for all work to cease and for all workers to be removed from the property. By this time I had paid 70% of the project total and not one line item had been completed.
At 12:00pm on August 6th, 2019 I made a second attempt to compromise by offering 72 hours for the two parties to find a happy medium. At 1:30pm on August 6th I received multiple attempts from my condo's Call Box to gain access to the property, all of which I declined. I then drove to the property and upon entering found Royal Construction Group's Head Foreman, Collin, plus two workers, attempting to deconstruct my kitchen. I immediately called the police at which all three individuals fled the scene. The head foreman and workers took with them a $1,400 quartz counter top. Shortly after Atlanta Police Department arrived on scene.
I attempted to contact Mr. Izadi after filing with APD. His only response was a "Demand Payment Letter."
Since then Mr Izadi has filed a Lien on my property demanding $26,000.00 in payment which has forced me to hire an attorney. He has not attempted to contact me in any way.
As someone has an extensive history and family history in Atlanta Real Estate, I've never experienced a situation like this. From my experience, Royal Construction Group and Hamid Izadi are a perfect example of why contractors receive a bad wrap. Hamid Izadi's business practices only perpetuate the "Nightmare Contractor" stigma.
I would avoid Hamid Izadi and Royal Construction Group at all costs.

we have started this project end of May and provide the customer with tentative schedule. As soon we started, we had too many issues with his projects , included designs changes and change orders, and also his condo HOA was very strict for work hours and amount of noise we could generate during the day.
Mr. Findley is requested several change orders and add on for his project and we have completed all his requests and send him updated invoices with additional charges, but he has choose to not question any charges( for 2 months) and let us carry on with work progress.( our contract explain any additional change order will be charge extra and he has signed the contract)
he has missed his payment schedule and told us he will pay by August 5th. we have completed the work except 2 vanities installation and 2 vanities faucets ( he was responsible for supply these items for us and he never delivered these items), when we asked for payment, he have started complaint about additional charges and delay of work and said he will not pay us. we told him , he can pay as much he think is right and once we do final walk through, we can go through invoice and change orders and discuss it, but he refused to pay any amount and after several weeks of delay payment we could not give him more times.
we have decided to stop the work, Mr. Findley was dishonest and planned to not pay us from start.
we have been in construction business for over 20 years and proudly have served metro Atlanta area's customer. we have never had any issues or dispute with any of our customer till Mr.Findley.

We worked with Royal Construction Group during the renovation of our master bedroom and bathroom. The prices were very fair and comparable. The workers were professional and worked very quickly while providing excellent quality work. Their attention to detail was a breathe of fresh air as they ensured that everything looked perfect when they completed the job. Our home looks better than we ever could have hoped for and we look forward to hiring Royal Construction Group for our future renovation projects.

After our home was damaged by the storm we hired Royal construction.
They were always on time, easy to work with, and they used top quality materials. All the people who worked at our house were professional, considerate, and friendly . We were very comfortable to have them in our home .
They responded to all our concerns during the process. They completed the job on time . We would highly recommend them .
They are simply the best!!

I would definitely recommend. Hamid is a sweetheart, very easy to work with and the basement turned out great. Trustworthy and reasonably priced. Very fast communication and responses always (text and email) which was invaluable during the arduous remodel process. I am rather particular (ie: slightly difficult at times) and he was very delicate and accommodating as much as possible to what I wanted, while sticking to my husbands stringent budget. Only con was that I was not pleased with the project running over by four additional weeks.

I hired this company to finish my basement and they took over from another contractor and they were very helpful, responsible, and we like the fact that they didn't took advantage of the situation, the previous contractor made a mess and Royal Construction address all of the construction issues in a very professional and responsible way. I will recommend them to anybody.

This was my second time using Hamid with Royal Construction Group. My project was adding a full bathroom to an existing area of my house. Just as before, Hamid and his project manager did not disappoint. They are very professional, easy to work with and was reasonable for our budget. We are very happy with the job. Love my new bathroom!! Thanks again Hamid!

Great communication and attention to details. Any questions we had were quickly answered. All work done in a timely fashion. Workers were polite and did their work well.
We completely remodeled the basement to include an in-law full apartment and a media room. Very nice! We are happy with the outcome and highly recommend Royal Construction Group.

I have a 1900 house i renovated & restored. Hamid did a great job. I couldn't be any happier. He did a great job communicating all time lines and I knew the process the whole way. He closely managed my project and has his own crew that specializes and does things right the first time VS most contractors I've come across do not have their own crew and guys. The thing I like the most is that he doesn't nickel and dime me for every little thing that comes up. In a renovation things always come up. If it was within reason he just took care of it. I would highly recommend Hamid and Royal Construction group to anyone. His prices may not be the cheapest but you also get what you pay for. The quality of his work shows.

This was my first time hiring a contractor and of course you always hear nightmare stories from friends. I can genuinely say that working with Hamid of Royal Construction was a pleasure. After interviewing several contractors it was easy to choose Hamid. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and he promised that once the project began it would continue at full pace until it was completed. He was true to his work. All of his workers were courteous, skilled and they cleaned up after they were done. Hamid came by to check on the progress of our renovation if not every day, every other day. He was always available by phone and/or text and he was extremely patient and kind with all of my questions/concerns. The project turned out beautifully and the cost was close to the estimate. I would definitely hire Hamid again.

I am an interior designer and remodeler who has partnered with and/or contracted Hamid on several large scale projects over the last two years. As someone with almost 25 years in the industry, I have worked with many, many builders and GC's. Hamid is (by far) the most knowledgeable, efficient and ethical building professional I have ever worked with. He always strives for work to be completed on time and on budget, and barring any major unforeseen issues (which are common in this industry) he always manages to do just that. He also keeps his promises and if something is not completed by his subs to his high standards, he will make sure they correct it. I have used Hamid to manage multiple projects, and I will continue to do so. He is a team player, respectful, honest and very organized. Traits I find are lacking in most of the GC's in Georgia I have dealt with in the past. Hamid's the best!

Hamid did a major home renovation for us on our 1950's ranch. The results were spectacular. Excellent quality of work overall. During the renovation he responded to issues promptly, was on site regularly to check on the work, and was readily available when we needed him. Just a pleasure to work with. He will be the first person I call when it's time to refinish our basement.

Royal Construction finished our basement and did a top notch job. The customer service was amazing. The contractors understood my unique style and made it a point to accommodate my requests. Their price was competitive and a real value considering the quality of their work. My next project is my master bath and then the kitchen and I will only use Royal Construction!

Hamid is a great builder and very resourceful guy.
We worked with Hamid on the addition project at our house and we loved the outcome!
He was always around to check on his subs, he made suggestions and did the work so timely and on budget.
Recently he has also become a business partner. I am an interior designer and we work together on projects all the time.
I couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and professional contractor to work with.
Just like when he did the work for us, he always so nice and able to resolve any issues and we loved working with him, my clients are now the same way.
I love having Hamid as a business partner and friend. He does really quality work!
