Jaine is the consummate professional, from the initial visualization of the job to the last detail of the fixtures selection. His estimates are accurate, and he is super helpful assisting us in making the countless small decision that must be made when building a house. His "can do" attitude and reasonable pricing made the project less stressful. Plus, he is the most responsive contractor I've ever met. We heartily re4commend him and will use him again in the future.

We could not be more impressed with Jaime. From day one he has been accommodating, communicative, professional, and patient. We have had the opportunity to witness some very interesting (and sometimes frightening) flips in our thriving neighborhood. You see contractors taking short cuts, observe questionable decision-making, and the subcontractors aren’t above board. Not the case with Jaime. He acts with integrity, is responsive, accountable, detail-oriented, and ensures that the job is done right, regardless of the timeline. We couldn’t ask for a better contractor to help us though this huge transformational experience.

We found our retirement home but knew it needed updates. After meeting with various contractors we decided on RS Anderson. The others were very good, but in the end I just had a feeling that Jaime would come through for us. Compared to other renovations I’m pretty sure that ours was fairly straightforward. However, that does not mean there were not issues or unknowns. And cost and schedule overruns in a project with unknowns are inevitable. The electrical was a mess not fully understood until walls were cracked open. The concrete foundation had more peaks and valleys than were possible to detect and would never sustain hardwood flooring as is. Lastly, we stopped by after the countertops were installed and saw some things that we thought were major issues. It was through all this that my feeling about Jaime paid off. He worked to keep the cost and schedule overruns manageable. He assured us that the issues we saw, while valid, were in fact minor and easily fixable. In the end we now have the house that we envisioned when we started and could not be happier with the result. Thank you, Jaime, for your all your efforts on this.

We used RS Anderson to demo and do a comprehensive remodel of a kitchen, and new flooring throughout most of home. We could not have been happier with the work and the whole process. Jaime's communication was fantastic. The best we've experienced, and this is our 3rd major remodel. He is responsive, has great follow through, and excellent attention to detail. He was very thorough. For example, we didn't realize even drywall needed to be demo'd in kitchen. But it's an example of making sure all plumbing and wiring could support new appliances and have no issues. Baseboards had to be removed to install new flooring. Our baseboards were re-used, which saved us money, but all were so nicely repainted. Any issues he ran into during the project were immediately communicated, along with a proposed resolution. He worked great with our designer and others we had hired separately. His subs are excellent. Overall project supervision was terrific. We love the final product, and even the final construction clean was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to use RS Anderson again.

I was very hesitant to hire another contractor to work on our bathroom after a nightmare experience with another. After completely gutting the work from the other contractor, we contacted Jaime Anderson. I shared the vision, set the expectation and Jaime knocked it out of the park !! Every sub used was excellent and respectful of our property. Every decision was a collaboration between Jaime and us. No stone left unturned and an attention to detail that was greatly appreciated. I know a thing or two about general contractors. Why? Because I have been a real estate developer for over 30 years. The challenge is to find one who is absolutely trustworthy, because there are a million ways they can screw you over. I hired Anderson on the advice of my architect. The project was not a small one. It was a 2 BR 2 BA extension plus man cave, plus wine cellar. I truly could not be happier with the service I received from their team. They put their clients' interests first. They care about quality/results. They are absolutely trustworthy. I am pleased to highly recommend their services. Frankly, you probably cannot find anyone better.

Jaime and his crew were the definition of professional. A neighbor referred us to RSA when we were having issues getting responses from other contractors on our home addition and remodel project. From the first call with Jaime I knew RSA would be different. He responded to every email and question promptly before and after we were under contract. Our house is from 1955 so there were unexpected issues that came up during construction that no one without X-Ray vision could have known about. As soon as they came up Jaime would let me know about the issue and possible solutions I could choose so I could make an informed decision. We had a newborn so we were very concerned with schedule as much as budget. We were never left wondering what step of the project we were in because Jaime would always keep us informed with texts and pictures of the progress, as well as costs for preferences we were picking along the way. All of our friends who have had experiences with Contractors couldnt believe how happy we were with ours. Overall their bid was competitive with two other ones we received but it was their customer service that made me happy we went with them. They made the best out of a very stressful few months. I would recommend them for any sized projects.

This was our second project with Jaime, and he is excellent to work with. He gave us detailed quotes and realistic time frames, communicated regularly, and stayed on top of progress. RS Anderson & Co. was great! They assisted us with an addition and renovation to our Phoenix home, which was originally built in the 70's. RS Anderson did a massive remodel on my Casita from a full bathroom and added a kitchen, paint, flooring, and all the other little details. Hands down outstanding so much so I just hired them again to start remodeling my main house. My project working with RS Anderson & Co. took almost a year. Jaime Anderson is the General Contractor for RS Anderson who I was in direct contact from start to completion. Jaime is very professional, friendly, and punctual and takes pride in doing "quality" work. It was important that Jamie wanted us (his client) to be happy with the work we hired him to do. When one of our projects went bad during countertop installation such that damage occurred, Jamie took full responsibility to make it right and did not leave us with the repair bill, and he also offered to replace the countertop at no cost to us. Jamie is a person of great integrity and character. One of the reasons we hired RS Anderson was because they had experience working with HOAs in high-end subdivisions. The proposal we received was detailed not just an overall project quote. Questions I had were replied to by email within 24 to 48 hours and text messages which were more time-sensitive were replied to within a few hours or less. Working with RS Anderson, I had PEACE OF MIND during a very stressful time of remodeling a house with a deadline that was met. RS Anderson was a great fit for me and my husband for this was our first time remodeling a home. Payments were made after the work was completed for each of the projects.
