John Russoniello added a second floor to our home beginning in spring 2017, and ending in July 2017. Without fail, John and his workers were professional, were on time, and completed each stage of the project as promised. At every stage, John made himself personally accessible to me and my wife. We had several concerns about the size of the job it was important that we not need to vacate the home. John was sensitive to this and worked with us throughout to make sure that our family was disturbed as little as possible. Top notch!

J. L. Russoniello Builders replaced a shower in our Master Bathroom. The bid for the shower was presented with the time required to complete the work. The bid was an estimate for the project but indicated an allowance for each item. This allowed us a chance to choose a more or less expensive item and the contract price would be adjusted accordingly. The company was efficient. The crew, shower door company, painter and plumbers have been with or contracted with John Russoniello for many years. They were always pleasant, friendly and respectful. John made sure that at the end of each day everything was cleaned and in order. J.L.R. has been in the business for 40 years and his knowledge was helpful in suggesting ideas and where to purchase items. He wants perfection. Great job from planning to completed project. The owner and employees were all very polite, respectful ad knowledgeable, Time was always taken for any questions and concerns each day. The owner oversaw the entire project from start to finish and made sure wveruthing was done as asked. He was very thorough and organized. Master bedroom addition woth full bath and walk in closet completed as well as reco reconstruction of bedrooms on exsisting floors was done. We are more than happy with the finished product

We needed an accessible bathroom for our 20 year old disabled son. John and his entire crew were professional and courteous . We had very specific needs for our sons bathroom and they took a lot of time before starting the project to make sure we were getting exactly what our son needed. The job started and finished on time as projected with no hidden cost, a great attention to detail and took time to answer any questions we had before during and after the project.
