My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ryan and Voigt is far more than a contracting company. Far more. We did a gut rehab of our home in Pelican Bay. We interviewed three companies. Jake brought us the most interesting designs and ideas of anyone. No other recommendations came close. He had ideas where it might look great to drop the ceiling in this room; raise the ceiling in this hallway or bedroom. He knew where to place/move the HVAC vents to better maximize airflow. He suggested the best flooring alternatives, unique kitchen design ideas, lighting!, and plumbing/ bathroom suggestions that truly created a "wow" factor in every room. Ryan and Voigt turned a dated and tired home into a contemporary masterpiece. And to top it all off, Jake became a family friend in the process. I am happy to talk to anyone in further detail about Jake in particular and Ryan and Voigt in general. Come to my house with Jake and see for yourself. He is a contractor but more importantly a talented artist who takes every room and brings it to life.

Ryan Contracting provided remodeling services for a Naples, FL condo that I purchased in 2012. This was a complete redo of a 1400 sq ft 2 BR / 2 BA condo in Falling Waters. Scope included kitchens, baths, HVAC, tile flooring, wall removal, outside lanai tiling, plumbing lines, painting. From start to finish the Ryan team was accessible, honest, innovative and top notch. Doing a remodel from 1000 miles away took some planning, but we wound up with a product that I am incredible proud of. I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys for remodels large and small. George and Jake's relationships with suppliers is strong and they are able to match your budget to the raw materials to make sure you are able balance your budget. Call Ryan contracting! You won't regret it!

As an interior designer based in NYC, I worked with Jake and George of Ryan Contracting on a large condominium in Naples, Florida. It was an absolutely pleasurable experience working with them both. Their workmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Additionally, their communication skills and demeanor were heads and tails above so many contractors. All work was done in a timely manner and all elements of the project were addressed beautifully, down to the last detail. Work included flooring, custom cabinetry, architectural trim, painting and wallpapering, surfaces and finishes, lighting, and more. I give my very highest endorsement to Ryan Contracting! -Keith Lichtman KL Interiors
