We have worked with S N Peck over the past 6+ years for forensic investigation of leaks, repairs and refinish. The process is often tedious and the schedule and cost unknown in the beginning. SNPeck is tenacious and as thorough as is realistic in assessing the best remedy - and the final result is perfection. They are always very respectful of contents and finishes of our home, both inside and out with a wide radius of protection around the construction areas. They are always forthcoming with their findings and recommended remedies as they are realized. However, the project management is often overwhelmed which does cause some frustration during the process.
