After completing two substantial residential projects with Haviv Saban of Saban Global, I can honestly say that his work is nothing short of exceptional. Our collaboration began with a renovation of a property in Beverly Hills, which was executed flawlessly and with remarkable attention to detail. When the time came to take on a far more ambitious project —a severely neglected home in the Bird Streets—we knew there was no one else we would trust with the job. This was a huge undertaking on a hillside lot that involved the use of many caissons, substantial earth removal, the addition of retaining walls and doubling the size of the existing architecturally significant home. Working closely with Haviv, what was once an uninhabitable derelict structure became a 10,000-square-foot luxury estate, complete with an underground screening room, wellness center, gym, and a thoughtfully reimagined layout throughout. He took the time to bring my vision and plans for the property to life. From soaring ceilings and a bespoke kitchen to beautifully integrated bathrooms, fine cabinetry and stonework, every element was designed and executed to the highest standard. Yet beyond the impeccable result, what truly distinguishes Haviv is his professionalism, calm leadership, and collaborative spirit. He is patient, clear, and deeply respectful of the process, bringing together an outstanding team and guiding the project with both creativity and discipline. The experience, from concept to completion, was one of the most rewarding I’ve had as a homeowner. Haviv doesn’t just build houses—he brings visions to life with integrity, artistry, and grace. He has become an important part of our family, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
