We had our deck rebuilt by this company, and initially everything looked great. Unfortunately, the quality issues started almost immediately. The privacy wall began rotting within months. They came back and applied another waterproofing layer as a repair, but that started peeling and separating within a few months as well. The repair itself was sloppy and has continued to fail. We also had decorative railing accents installed that began rusting and leaving streaks down the railings. To their credit, they sent a crew back to sand, seal, and repaint them, and they told us to reach out if the problem continued. Unfortunately, that’s where the experience changed. The privacy wall is now falling apart again (photos attached), and despite multiple text messages, phone calls, and voicemails, they have completely stopped responding. My messages are read, but no one replies. There was also confusion during the project about what was included in the contract. We discussed skirting around the deck, but after construction started, the scope became much more limited than what had been represented during our planning conversations. While we ultimately accepted that, it added to an already frustrating experience. It’s disappointing because the project started off well, and when the first issues arose they did make an effort to address them. However, standing behind your work also means responding when repairs fail. Being ignored after repeated attempts to contact them has been the most frustrating part of this experience. I can’t recommend a company that stops communicating when warranty issues arise. If you’re considering hiring them, be sure to get every detail of the scope in writing and understand exactly how they handle problems after the job is complete.

Steve and his workers did a fabulous job and went above and beyond to build us a beautiful deck. They are very hard wokers and offer the best craftsmanship. They take their work very seriously. Steve is very hands on and makes sure everything is going well. He is a very nice guy. His workers are very nice and always clean up. They answer all your questions and make excellent suggestions. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
