I have built many homes in 4 different states and Sandifer Design Build is by far the best builder I have used. I’ve had other very good builders but Sandifer is exceptional: Always goes one step beyond what’s required The only builder that finished on time Treated my home probably better than his own Uses only the best subs Project manager and staff are professional A little more expensive but you get exactly what you pay for so he’s a bargain and I wouldn’t consider another builder on a future project

We had an amazing experience with the Sandifer design build team! We met with Nick and immediately felt we were in good hands! He has an amazing team that was with us every step of the way and made the process smooth and actually fun! Lisa, our designer, has fantastic ideas and pays attention to every detail ! She took my ideas and then refined them and made them more than I could have imagined! Edward our project manager is kind, attentive, always on top of every detail - and always communicated where we were in the process. After an unexpected house flooding we decided it was time to do a remodel of our home. It was a very stressful time for our family with lots of unplanned expenses and repairs to get our home back to working order. Colton, Edward and the entire Sandifer team were incredible. My husband and I had no choice but to stay in our house during construction, but Colton took extra care to help us with the daily clean up and help minimize the overall construction impact. He took the extra time to communicate with us snd ensure we were always aware of project status and timelines. Colton and the Sandifer team approached each day with kindness, empathy and support — like it was their home under a major renovation. Sandifer Design Build has done several projects for me. In 2018, they converted my screened patio into a sunroom, a year later remodeled my entire house, and this year built a paved deck and rebuilt my kitchen island. Each time, they did a perfect job! Nick Sandifer and team were top notch during our recent home renovation. Meticulous with protecting the areas not being worked on, excellent communication, and they were always there when they said they would be. We are happy to have used them and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

This is the second time working with Nick and having Larry as my project manager and both times have been wonderful experiences. Nick is very responsive with any questions and has taken the time to build a strong and professional team of subcontractors. Nick's entire office staff was dedicated to making this experience run smoothly and efficiently. They are reliable and even made sure to respect the Condo Association's guidelines and restrictions. Larry is extremely detail oriented and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and if it's not he notices it before the homeowner even does and makes the corrections immediately. Larry's attitude is confident and always calm which helps greatly to make the remodeling experience as stress free as possible. He makes sure the project stays on schedule and it was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend hiring Sandifer Design Build for any of your remodeling and construction needs.

This is our second project with Sandifer Design and Build. It consisted of entire our bottom floor (3,000 square feet) including three bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry, floors and doors. Sandifer's team finished right on time, no delays. With such a big project there were a few mishaps as we expected, but what was nice was that all issues were quickly addressed. No excuses! Project manager Edward was fantastic to work with. He not only always responded to any questions, but he was, to our great delight, very proactive. And very hands on, Edward was constantly on the property making sure things were running smoothly. We highly recommend Sandifer Design and Build.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Nick Sandifer and his team. They were very detailed from the planning and design process with Lisa to the daily management of the project with Kevin. Their sub-contractors were a pleasure to work with and were always very courteous. They transformed a 40-year-old house into a beautiful and comfortable home. We highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with our experience with Nick and his entire team. After interviewing several different builders, we knew right away after meeting with Nick that he was the right choice. Nick and Lenny listened to our requests and came up with the perfect design. It was nice being able to see a virtual look at what wanted before the project even started. Nick established a budget and aside from some add on choices that I made during the process, the price never changed. While Nick was always available for my phone calls, we were lucky enough to have Kevin Head as our project manager. Kevin was professional, meticulous, efficient, always available (even at odd hours) and most of all was a great person. He was able to effortlessly manage our subcontractors and his attention to detail was second to none. He always made that extra effort and went that extra mile even to make sure this project came out to perfection. And it exceeding all of our expectations. As we continue to build on to our home, there is no question that we will use Nick for all of our needs and request that Kevin comes back to manage any further projects.
