I would not recommend this company. Problems started from the beginning and continue. Ryan promised our home to be every thing we needed and said he understood the importance. Trusses were rough cut, full of knots and many had to be scabbed to pass inspection, but not without leaving a bow in the ceiling. The tile around the tub rough and ragged, floors unlevel, the sliding glass door was bowed, slag left on the garage floor and the patio floor. Workers used our counter tops as a work bench, caused two divets which were repaired by adding epoxy. Ryan was rude and uncooperative with deficiencies. He failed to build the walk in shower as planned and had wrong size door installed. It took over a month after move in to have the glass fronts installed. When I pointed out deficiencies for the punch list, Ryan stated there are different definitions of quality. He also had extra charges and when I asked for the statements, Ryan had his lawyer send a letter demanding final payment and threatening court action. At this point we were still not late in any payments and several items not completed; like the walk in shower and the sliding glass door. I have remodeled two older homes, the latest just being in 2021. I pointed out that I did better work than several of his hired help. We expected better quality for the price paid. Ryan stated we should be happy we have a home we can sell. This is suppose to be our last home and he knew that, not a financial investment. Very disappointed with the decision I made in picking this builder.

Had an awesome experience with the Scurebuilt team. My house turned out spectacular, and they did a great job of explaining the ins & outs, keeping me up to date, and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Secure is an extremely professional company. I worked for them as a vendor for many years. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Secure Built has been nothing but professional and have stopped and taken the time to explain every step of the process with me. The owner of the company himself sat down and discussed all the little upgrades and finishing touches they add, like insulation in the interior walls to cut down on echoing and noise. It's these little things that you don't think will matter much, but end up having a very substantial impact on the quality of your finished home. I am eager to soon move forward with my home project with Secure Built as my contractor. From the level of craftsmanship I've seen in all of their completed homes, I am confident that it will be nothing short of astounding.
