We enjoy working with Raj from Seiba Properties. He is always friendly and pleasant to do business with. We do a lot of business with builders and contractors and in our observation he is one of the most organized. His sites are always clean and they are always ready for us to do our work when we arrive to perform installations (not always our experience). Raj shows up to make sure that everything is to our satisfaction and has flexibility and understanding when small on-site changes need to be made.
