Sellers General Construction

We are Johnny E. Sellers and Jay R. Sellers. We are a general construction company that specializes in nice custom homes. Johnny Sellers has worked in the construction industry for most of his life. In 1997 he started Sellers Construction and started building houses for sale. They sold well and when the realtors saw the quality and workmanship they started recommending us to their clients who wanted to build custom homes. That has gone well and we made a lot of friends through the process, and remain friends with our clients. We have constructed projects throughout Litchfield, Pawley's Island area, Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Loris, Conway, Aynor and surrounding areas in Horry County. In 2006 Jay became a partner in the company and now runs most of the day to day operations. In 2008 we obtained an Unlimited General Construction License for Residential and Commercial Building. We have completed several jobs such as office buildings, restaurants, trade shops, fire and water restoration and historical restoration working with the South Carolina Historical Society.
