Serpas Building and Remodeling

I contracted with Serpas Building and Remodeling to remodel my entry hall and guest bathroom after receiving two other estimates. All three estimates were within $1000 of each other. The project included completely gutting the bathroom, moving the plumbing, electrical re-wiring, building a new shower to replace old bathtub, having new doors made for coat closet and linen cupboards to match new vanity, removing wallpaper, laying tile and painting entire area. Co-owners Jorge and his wife Ana as well as Paula, the project manager, were all most helpful in designing the bathroom layout and choosing the tile and new vanity. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the crew members were exceptionally professional and worked diligently to keep my home as clean as possible during the project. This is the best remodeling experience I have had and would highly recommend this company.

We recently had our kitchen completely remodeled by SBR. They did a great job! Jorge, the owner, and his team managed to completely gut our original crumbling 50s kitchen and bring it into the modern age. Budget wise they kept it right on target with the only exceptions being extra things we threw at them during construction. Every detail was addressed, they did plumbing, tile flooring, widened our doorways, rebuilt walls that had pocket doors, ran electricity, to stay on budget they used high quality manufactured cabinetry and customized when necessary, lighting, painting, glass tile backsplash, installed a new front door, fabricated a new bottom foot board/step for the front door. They really did a lot of work and it all came out beautifully, all the while in 100°+ heat. Anna, co-owner and Jorge's wife, helped us in their showroom to pick finishes after Jorge had designed the layout with our requests, couldn't be happier. All-in-all a great company to work with, on budget, on time, took a lot of the stress out of a big remodel project. They really went above and beyond our wildest expectations, it truly is our dream kitchen now.

Serpas Building and Remodeling re-did our driveway. We had an old, pot-holed, asphalt drive way and SBR turned it into an attractive cement driveway with a brick basket weave pattern along the edges and in between to make the driveway have an offset subway pattern. It was Jorge, the General Contractor's, idea and we love it! There was a concern we brought up with Jorge about the demolition of the old driveway that he quickly took care of. He is very professional, knowledgeable in what he does, great ability to meet his deadlines, tries his best to work with your budget and has excellent work quality. We are forever grateful. Words cannot begin to describe the amazing work that Jorge, with his team from Serpas Building and Remodeling, did for your house! Our kitchen was literally falling apart. Drawers were crumbling, chandeliers falling, pipes leaking, the list goes on! Jorge came in with his crew, and in a matter of 3 weeks, transformed our tiny kitchen into a culinary masterpiece! We had the kitchen gutted and completely remodeled with espresso cabinets, white quartz counter tops, white subway tile back splash, stainless steel appliances and farmhouse sink, ceramic (wood) tile floors (throughout the entire first floor), new front door with security gate, and recessed lighting (throughout the entire first floor). Jorge didn't stop there. He custom designed a unique wall feature behind our fridge, with shelves included. He also carried the white quartz counter feature into our backyard and created a coffee bar/plant holder. From the very first meeting, Jorge and Co. were friendly, accommodating, clean, and most importantly, extremely professional! Jorge's prices were very reasonable, especially for the work we received. SBR did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. It turned out so much better than we dreamed. It feels like true spa experience each time we walk into our bathroom. The attention to the smallest detail shows the integrity of the company and we will definitely be using SBR for our next project!

Jorge and his team were very helpful in our kitchen remodel process. He invited my wife and I to his show room after we initially hired him to relocate our washer and dryer lines from our house to our garage (which he did an excellent job on) Jorge even made a computer 3D model of what our finished kitchen would look. He and his team were friendly and easy to talk to, Jorge and his team seem to always be on the same page as us and knew what our vision was while offering his perspectives along the way without increasing the overall cost. All in all my wife and I are VERY happy with our new kitchen remodel and washer dryer move. We will definetly hire SBR Inc. for any future projects.

I hired Serpas Building and Remodeling, (SBR), to completely demo and remodel my kitchen. SBR has done a remarkable job transforming this space into a true home and garden kitchen. The process of dealing with SBR was professional from beginning to end. I recommend that you go to the shop and see some of the styles that are their to give you some ideas. The job took almost half the time as others had quoted and the work is impeccable and affordable. Jorge is the owner of SBR and worked with me personally as the work was done. Jorge is a true professional who does not cut any corners, but even through in extras along the way. I am so pleased with my new showcase kitchen that I plan on using SBR for all of my future construction endeavors as SBR is a fully licensed an bonded general contractor.

Jorge and his team are great builders. They are very friendly and pay attention to detail. Jorge takes the time to explain the building/remodeling process the whole way. I would recommend SBR to a friend and I would have them do more work for me in the future.

We have used Serpas Building and Remodeling numerous times for our home improvement projects (kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, new windows) and will continue to use them. They are fair-priced and always put in the appropriate time and effort needed to do an excellent job. Jorge, the owner, will explain everything he is doing and keep you involved in the project development. He shows up on time and works very hard. Serpas Building and Remodelng performed a full remodel of our entire house perfectly. The work was of the highest quality and the workers were very professional. Jorge was great!! I hired him to finish replacing a chimney and fireplace from another contractor that was very disorganized and disrespectful. When I would call or text he would not returned my messages till days later and would always give me some excuse. He originally estimated the project to be finished in 1.5 months but 7 months in, still not done till Jorge came and saved the day!! Jorge finished the project in 2 weeks while the other contractor estimated to be another additional 2 months!! I'm so glad I went with Jorge and he was very prompt with answering any of my questions and would call/text me back within a very reasonable time frame. I highly recommend him for any of your projects! He will be at your side till the project is finished and will not take advantage of you!
