Shaw Company Remodeling was fantastic to work with. The entire team from Nadia who was always pleasant and helpful when we called to Audrey who helped us choose all the right options for our tile, flooring, backsplash, and paint to Sherry who kept us informed and helped with any change orders along the way to Fabian who managed his crew and kept us in the loop on progress. A complete remodel of two bathrooms, main bedroom and conversion of kitchen/dining/family room to a great room in just sixteen weeks. It was a wonderful remodeling experience.

We can't say enough about how happy we are with the outcome of our newly remodeled Home. The entire Shaw crew, all equally work hard to get all the new details accomplished in transforming our Beautiful Home. Hats off to Fabian and his project Team. Fabian was always responsive and on top of everything throughout the entire renovations. Joel, Rodolfo and Isac, the painters, were on point with not only painting the entire house, includes drywall but all the details regarding the stair steps to ensure the staining on the steps would in fact work out. The stairs turn out to be so stunning! Within the actual Demo work, Juan, Danny and Jr keep the house as reasonable as possible for us to still live in these conditions as they would clean up daily and wipe down the dust consistently. As for our tile work, Miguel, Pedro and Jr did a fabulous job with all areas of the home needing tile, Master Bath, Kitchen and our New Beautiful Modern Fireplace. The Fireplace is so remarkable that it is literally the new focal point of our home. Fernando & Raul did a wonderful job with all electrical and plumbing required in the house - we are pleased with all the additional lighting added as it makes all the difference. Orlando worked hard to perfect all our Cabinets in the Kitchen, Bathroom and for the Fireplace. Lastly, we were grateful to have Sherry, the project coordinator, she consistently checked in on how things were going and providing us with project timelines consistently. She was very responsive to any questions and genuinely respectful. It was such a pleasure working with all of them, I would definitely recommend Shaw to anyone. Fabian and his team at Shaw Company Remodeling did a fantastic job with our Master Bath and Laundry room project. Audry and Brittany were provided excellent suggestions in the design stage and choosing materials, colors and fixtures for our bathroom. Every remodeling projects have their little hiccups but Shaw Company Remodeling made sure that each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We used Shaw Company to completely gut and remodel our master bath and guest bath for 3 months this summer. Shaw was comparable with the 3 other reputable companies we interviewed in price. However, I believe Patrick really listened to what we needed and provided the best plan much better than the others. Brittany and Audrey were wonderful to work with on the design phase assistance and we were assigned Fabian and his crew for the project. Fabian checked with us on site 0900 each morning to brief the plan and get input. His crew were all very pleasant and professional to interact with, and there were many times we were not in our house without concern. They were always on time, worked extremely hard and cleaned up without request. Fernando/Danny are very talented on plumbing and electric, Zach/Alex tile work was truly exceptional, and Joel did a great job on drywall and paint. Once the majority of work was complete Orlando custom built a showpiece large vanity, Adrian placed the countertops and Jorge’s glass team were perfectionists. Payment was done by completion goals which kept us on time and budget. Our 2 bathrooms are amazing. I will use them again next year for our kitchen.

This is a premier remodeling company. One stop shop for design to completion. Just completed our second remodel project with Shaw, this time completely redoing our Kitchen. Anthony, Project Manager and his team did a great job, with superb care, service, workmanship and ahead of schedule. I called Shaw and Nadya answered the phone and was so polite. She took our data and established a visit with Patrick and Aaron. Patrick and Aaron come out and measured both baths and the kitchen and began to draw sketches of what the areas would look like. Did an amazing job too. After some give and take and editing Patrick offered a plan and a price that was acceptable. 6 to 8 weeks start to finish sounded great. We met with Audrey at the design center and she helped us tremendously in choosing colors, patterns, cabinets, ad infinitum... I think Sherry saw us having fun and decided to join in (nothing like seeing folk enjoy what they do). Anthony was our project manager who brought his crew of Ramiro, Luis, Darwin, and Marcus. Talk about some hard workers - these are they. And Marcus (electrician) even found we had an electrical problem we didn't know about. They hired an outside tile setter (Alfredo) who is meticulous and extremely hard working. Bottom line 8 weeks exactly. On Budget and on time, looks great, what else should one look for? Oh yeah, Brittany called twice to tell us twice to tell us we were under budget. Really struck me as honesty. Maybe everyone does this but I think not. Our new bathroom is beautiful! Rusty was amazing. He showed up early and left late. I never had to wonder if he was going to be here. He made sure everything was perfect down to the smallest detail.

Great experience with this company. Fabian and his crew were professional and communicated with us on the project in every phase. Very happy with the completed bathroom renovation. We would absolutely work with this company again!

Entire bathroom remodeling complete on time with no surprises or problems.. something rare in today's world Tub and floor replaced with new tile floor and walk in shower.

Joe Lopez and his crew did such a great job remodeling our bathrooms we are having them come back to do our kitchen. The workmanship is outstanding and my bathrooms look better than I had imagined. They were very flexible about making changes on the fly so we really did end up with everything we wanted and more. Working with Shaw Company Remodeling was a great experience from the first meeting with Jordan to the design meeting with Brittany and then working with Joe and his crew. I would highly recommend Shaw Remodeling!

Terrible experience. New to the area and Tried to make an appointment to have an estimate done on a couple of home improvement projects on our new home. The person that answered the phone was unprofessional and unhelpful. She also made the assumption that I didn’t own the property that I wanted the work done on. I wouldn’t recommend this company. She Couldn’t or wouldn’t work with me on a appointment date and time.

We used Shaw Company to remodel our master bathroom. Everyone we met with was very professional and helpful. Patrick helped us with the initial design phase, Brittany with the material selections, Anthony oversaw the actual construction, and Nancee checked in with us regularly to keep us informed and make sure we were pleased with everything! I really appreciated that they had a design center so I didn't feel overwhelmed with that part of the process. Additionally, Anthony did a great job of communicating with us daily through the process and making sure things were done right. It was a great experience and I enthusiastically recommend Shaw Company Remodeling!

Very satisfied with the transformation of kitchen, master bath and utility room. Overall project took longer than expected. Stoney did fantastic work and very professional. Salvador created beautiful cabinetry. Audrey was a life saver as point person.

Brittany, helped me make my selections, Nancy held my hand, Patrick planned and priced the job, and Chris and Anthony brought my ideas to fruition! It took all of the above to bring me my perfect kitchen and bath remodel. This was my second kitchen remodel and it went very well. I was contacted daily, site was cleaned daily, and workers present daily. I had 8 project changes and each was addressed respectfully and most of all happily! They are a 5star company with 5star people !

We contracted Shaw Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom and we are very pleased with the result, but also pleased with how well the project was done. From the start, when we were still trying to decide exactly what we wanted to do, Shaw was responsive and very helpful in advising us regarding design options and decisions and then delivering a well defined estimate so that we knew what was included and what was not. Regarding changes to the design, they were always very clear about additional costs so that we always felt like we were in control of the costs. We were impressed with the people that Shaw had doing the work. The project manager, Fernando, was very good about listening to us, explaining what was being done and next steps, and making corrections if something did not match the design. They also estimated the total project time pretty accurately although they probably would have finished a week ahead of schedule if they hadn’t lost a week due to the mid-February freeze. When it was time to wrap up the project with a few fixes and final touches, they did what we asked promptly and without hassling us over whether it really needed to be changed. We think that Shaw Remodeling is a good choice, especially if you can get Fernando to manage the project execution and Gerardo for the tile work, he's a real artist who takes care that his work is done well.

Very professional from beginning to end. We got a quote and were steered in a direction that would make sense for our kitchen remodel. Clay is very professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to get some. If we had any concerns he took care of them immediately or almost immediately.

We had our master shower redone. Also had a new tile floor installed.. It turned out beautiful! Project manager Carlos was super! Will use Shaw again!

Shaw just remodeled one of our bathrooms, and we love it! We had a great time working with the team to determine what was needed/could be done within our budget and picking out the materials, and then Anthony and Christopher were wonderful during the actual remodel. They were so kind and diligent, and we love the final result! I definitely recommend the company.

I had a zippy fast kitchen remodel masterfully handled by my project manager Fernando. Fernando is really a joy to work with, who anticipates problems ahead of time, pays attention to details, and does not stop working until the customer is completely happy. I love my hidden garbage disposal button and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

The entire staff made our bathroom remodel better than we anticipated. Brittany recommending tile colors, fixtures and accessories. Audrey answering question and follow up on progress. Israel’s attention to detail on tile installation, plumbing and painting made for a better than expected finished bathroom. If we ever need additional home remodeling we will go with Shaw.

We signed our contract on a Monday, and Anthony was at our house Thursday to begin the project. He and his team were very professional, diligently working to complete each phase of the project in a timely manner. Brittany was not only helpful in the showroom with selections, but she also was very responsive to additional questions on design that I had throughout the project. All in all, this project was easier than I had anticipated due to Anthony’s continued communication and the quality of work done. I recommend Shaw Company Remodeling.

very long process with haphazard communication/schedules/plan; Cabinetmaker did a great job; limited floor options; problems with floor installation & painting; several corrections, do-overs. Met budget. Overall, would not recommend. One online 5-star review is by an employee! I believe they took on more jobs than they could manage at one time. Initially we were told they had done a home show and had lots of work lined up. From first consultation to job completion was over 10 months, most of which was inactivity. There did not appear to be an organized plan/spreadsheet/timeline.

I am a former purchasing director of one of the largest school districts in San Antonio with over twenty years of experience overseeing building contracts ranging from $100 thousand to $100 million. l always wait at least one month after completion of a project before I give a review in case there are any unresolved or any outstanding punch list items. There was one problem (opportunity to excel) when we first started the project. Eric Shaw came out and his response was “it’s not anything lumber, and labor won’t fix”. There was no mention of a change order and no discussion regard any additional dollars. Alain Martinez was the project manager on our kitchen remodel. Every day he was here, he always left asking if there was anything else, he could do. We are more than pleased with the finished project. Shaw company has my phone number and I will be happy to speak to anyone concerning the professionalism, integrity, and honesty displayed by every member of the Shaw Family.

Took down all popcorn ceiling in house. Also did master bedroom and bathroom remodel. Bedroom and bathroom came out way better than I anticipated!!!

We recently used Shaw Company Remodeling for a Master Bath and couldn't be happier! I had used them in the past for handy man work and so had good experiences with them before. They are properly insured, very professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I learned a long time ago that when it comes to major projects, the lowest bid is usually a big mistake. Still, I got a very fair shake on price and always knew if there were any problems they would stand behind their work 100%!

This company absolutely blew me away from the estimate meeting all the way through completion of my job. The young lady at the office, Gerrilynn, was always cordial and very efficient with call backs. The designer, Brittany, brought my ideas and wants to life and made me happier with my choices. The crew that did my job went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. All in all you could not ask for a better company to hire for your remodel projects. I will use them here on out, and I will recommend them to anyone.

We are so glad we found Shaw Company, we just finished our third remodel using them and I highly recommend them. (Full kitchen, full bathroom, flooring, painting and lots of miscellaneous) They made the process so easy on us from start to finish. The first estimate we got from them was slightly higher than others I had received, but we have since realized that quality and awesome customer service are beyond worth it!

I am a lifetime customer of Shaw Company because they did an excellent job for me. When my hot water heater broke and completely destroyed my master bath and bedroom, we decided it was time to go ahead and upgrade the original design. I made a call to Shaw Co. and they were there that afternoon with everything needed to begin the drying out process of our disaster. They were very detailed in the removal of anything that may cause future health or structural concerns for my family. Once everything was dry and cleaned up they began to start our remodel. The recommendations that they made were very innovative and once we decided on the direction to go, they were on it. The crew was very conscientious and courteous. More importantly, they finished the project on time and budget. We are extremely pleased with the end result! It's nice to deal with a company that does what they say they are going to do.
