Brian and his team did a great job on our renovation project. The project was started and completed on time. I received regular progress updates with photos and we were able to stay on budget. He followed up quickly on any questions and the whole process was very professional. We are very happy with the completed project!

Did a good job and came in close on the original estimate...took longer than I thought it would take, maybe that's why they did such a good job (LOL).

We had a portico added to our house in July 2018. We had no problems working with Shier Signature Homes. The workmanship was excellent and there was never a mess to clean up. I would consider them for any future projects.

Brian and his team and very compassionate about the work that they do. They all listen to what your wants and needs are and respect your home while working in it as if it were their own. Brian built a previous home of ours and when it was time to remodel our current home he was our go to once again.

We hired Shier Signature Home to rebuild and add railings to our front porch. The owner, Brian Shier, kept us advised as to when each segment of the job would be started or if there was any delay by phone or text. He even went above and beyond the actual job by responding to a question we had, by actually bringing a piece of siding and fixing the problem for us. We would recommend this company to friends and relatives because they are hard working, reliable and trustworthy, plus want to make their clients happy.

Brian was willing to help us with a small, but important, project that many others were unwilling to take care of and we are very grateful. He had to climb into our big (creepy!) attic and cleaned up everything when he was done--even vacuumed the carpet! We will definitely call him first the next time we have a home-improvement project. We just finished a full deck replacement with Brian and his crew and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. From the initial meeting, scheduling all the way to completion we were very impressed. Professional, reasonably priced and great craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Brian and his crew did an excellent job for us. They replaced a crumbling porch and concrete steps with a beautiful deck and stone steps. Based on the nature of the terrain, this was no easy task, but he pulled it off. It only took about a week for the job to be done. Brian is very courteous and willing to answer any questions you might have. He will also make sure everything is to your satisfaction before the job is complete. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Brian Shier and his team have done great job on two separate projects (outdoor shower and deck)! He is very easy to work with, has great solution concepts and is dependable to meet his timing commitments. Both projects exceeded our expectations and his site clean up was perfect. He coordinated both plumbing and electrical sub-contractors as needed. I would highly recommend Shier Signature Home for all home project needs!!

This is our second time hiring Shier Signature Homes! They just finished a egress window and we love all the natural light it lets in to the basement, and we now a a safe escape route for our family if needed:)

Gave us a very fair and professional quote and followed through with everything we asked them to do in a timely manner. Also, did some extra items we needed done that he didnt include in the quote and didnt charge us extra. Very professional and cleaned up after as well. Would recommend and use again.
