Brandon Tierney and Siteline Construction have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They not only delivered on everything as promised but the quality and craftsmanship of the buildout was superb. Regarding the schedule: Brandon set a timeline and not even Hurricane Ian kept him from meeting his timeframe. Regarding the quality of work: It is second to none. The pride that Brandon and Siteline take in their work is reflected in our condo. Perhaps most importantly, we have referred Brandon to several friends on the Island for their own condo renovations and look forward to working with Brandon again!

THE BEST!! It's simple, Brandon and the SiteLine team LISTEN to the homeowner, they make a commitment, and they meet/beat the commitment with PERFECT quality work. They did an EXCELLENT job doing a complete kitchen and Master Bath remodel plus a couple of other odds and ends that needed to be addressed. Brandon's communication and follow-up was outstanding (even though I was up north for the summer while our project was completed). After a local well known construction company would not honor their designer’s quote, we were fortunate to find Siteline, a straightforward, attention to detail, easy to work with contractor. Brandon and his employees understood our vision and improved upon it with creative and functional ideas. There was clear attention to detail and we were thrilled with the results. I have managed the renovations 5 of five different properties: residential homes, condos, farm houses, antique barns - Some new construction, others preservation, and others total rehab down to studs and concrete. I have never worked with a general contractor who was so attentive, thorough, and respectful of our property. Brandon’s integrity and skill level was incredibly professional and impressive. He paid attention to his subcontractors, and was always quick to respond to any inquiries or questions we had. I would absolutely recommend, and more importantly, use SiteLine construction again.

We received estimates from several contractors on Marco Island for our full home renovation project. We ended up choosing Siteline Construction and we know 100% that we made the right choice! Brandon is professional, responsive, honest, patient, and thorough. We live in Michigan, so we needed someone that we could trust to manage this job without us being able to have our eyes on it everyday, and he was awesome! He communicated with us throughout the whole project, sent us pictures, and just kept us informed the whole process. We had a very challenging renovation with lots of structural issues and unforeseen hiccups. But he was able to handle it all, and get it done for us. The subcontractors that we met were all very courteous and did top notch work as well. The final renovation is beautiful and better than we ever expected. I purchased a home on Marco Island back in Aug 2020 and contacted 3 companies for renovation quotes. After speaking with people on the island and meeting with all of the contractors, my wife and I felt very comfortable with Brandon and Matt from Siteline Construction. Unknown to us at the time, the home inspector that evaluated the home before we purchased it missed several major problems that needed to be addressed. Brandon jumped in with both feet and took on every challenge we had. He even thought of things that I didn’t (and I am very particular). Siteline reframed walls, redid flooring, bath, kitchen, painting and railings throughout. Our primary home is out of state so it was critical to get someone who we trusted to do the right job since we could not be there to oversee it. We are both thrilled with the way it turned out. It is a completely new house now. We can’t thank Siteline Construction enough for all their due diligence and caring. They treated the project as if it was their own house. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We needed to replace our front door and all of the hardware on our interior doors. I was worried about finding a contractor to help us because it was not a big project. Brandon was fantastic! Willing to help us, completed the project in a timely manner, he was responsive, it looked great when it was completed and he was great at communicating with us during the entire process! We will hire him again!

Siteline Construction and specifically Brandon were a pleasure to work with. They helped to remodel the entrance area to our home by removing an elevator shaft and installed a new landing that dramatically opened up our home to more natural light and a modern look. They also renovated our kitchen and living room at the same time. The workmanship is top notch and they were very professional in how they addressed each change to the home. The timing of the renovation took about 6 weeks and was managed very well. Attached are photos of the finished product which beyond speaks for itself. Highly recommend them for any of your renovation needs. I'll be using them again for sure.

For those of you not willing to read my lengthy review, here is the short version. Siteline is a five-star operation from start to finish. You will not be disappointed and in fact you will feel great about your decision to select them. I did a LOT of shopping around for contractors and obtained five bids on a complete renovation of my condo in Marco Island. While several contractors were ok, Brandon and Matt at Siteline Construction stood out of the crowd. When you call you are getting the owner on his cell phone not the run around. They both listened to what I wanted done, they made suggestions for me to consider. They had some great designing ideas that I had not thought of for several items. No high pressure whatsoever. They wanted a relationship where we would have open communication and provide me the best product possible. Immediately I knew from meeting with other contractors that Siteline was different. They gave specific answers, explained options and the cost differences of products. They provided a detailed sketch of each room being renovated and I could make changes once I saw the drawings. I was able to pick out choices at the showroom. One big difference in contractors is several were very vague as to what they would do, how they would do it and the quality of the product. Brandon and Matt stated from the beginning that they use high quality products and the finish of the rooms was a direct reflection on their work and company. The final product was amazing, the level of detail paid attention to each and every item was beyond even my picky nature. You would think all this would be very expensive, but Siteline was extremely competitive and priced lower than many of the contractors who were going to provide less for my investment. I lived out of state and was worried about keeping up with the progress. Not a problem with this team, they would provide pictures of the progress, phone calls to follow up on the pics and any questions I had. It was like I was there through the entire process. Anytime I wanted a question answered I could text or call and get an answer in minutes or hours, not days or weeks later like I have experienced with other contractors. If I saw something that concerned me from pictures or in person visits, I would tell Brandon or Matt. The next day it was addressed. You just can’t get better customer service. The end product just exceeded my most ambitious expectations. Others in the building that used another contractor and saw my place wished they used Siteline. Other owners in my building stopped by and saw the design, quality of products used, quality of finish on detail items and now want to remodel using Siteline. This is a five-star operation. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to remodel their condo or house.

We partnered with Siteline Construction to completely update and remodel a recent condo purchase on Marco Island. We weren't local during the project so we had to rely on Brandon to provide updates and perform the work without us being able to do occasional walk-throughs. His communication throughout the project was fantastic with phone calls, photos, and and video chat so we had a clear understanding of the progress and issues. It was also very helpful that he resides on the island and is familiar with respective rules and regulations. He completed the project on budget and on time.
