Interior Enhancements of Indianapolis

Sobczak Construction Services, Inc. provided our mutual client with a gorgeous custom home. Dave was wonderful! He communicated well at every turn in the new construction process. His attitude is "can do"! He was always open to our design ideas and provided me with anything we needed for the design aspects of the project. Dave built our home 5 years ago. We were living in another town at the time the home was under construction and trusted Dave to serve our best interests. He was open, honest and great to work with. Not only did Dave build a wonderful house, but he and his family are now close friends.

Thanks that's so nice of you. But, I have to admit, at first I was a little nervous of the challenge of having out of town custom clients with their own plan design. Getting to know them, looking at their existing home and hearing their ideas was key. They pretty much knew how they wanted things as far as selections, colors, styles, so we established a good system of communitcation that worked for the situatuion and we were able to answer and solve the questions. In the end, we ended up with great friends and a great house! Thanks again.

Dave Sobczak (Sobczak Construction) is such a great guy to work with. Really ethical (strong Christian) and very well respected in the area. Dave is the only person I would use to build a home.

Dave is a great builder and person. He is extremely easy to work with and was on the site daily and very engaged throughout the whole building process. We love our house and would use Dave again.

Since we are a smaller company, I can and like to stay on top of things on the job sites. Its a lot more fun than hanging out in the office! It allows for much more time to be spent interacting with clients, decisions, alterations/modifications along the way.
