Southerland Construction & Renovation, LLC, is owned and managed by Shannon Southerland. As a lifelong resident of the Kingsport area, he has a vested interest in the growth and prosperity of the region and those that live here. As graduates of East Tennessee State University, both he and his wife Amy, have strong roots in the region and are involved in numerous community activities. His wife Amy, is a teacher in the Kingsport City School system. Shannon is a member and past president of the Lions Club of Kingsport. He is also an assistant leader in Troop 250 of the Cub Scouts at Mafair Methodist Church. Being skilled and experienced in the majority of the building trades, Shannon has the skill set to aid you in planning, estimating, and implementing your construction projects. With experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction, SC&R is ready to explore a customer partnership with you or your organization.
