Kris Osmond has completed multiple projects in my renovation of a 1937 Grosse Pointe Shores home over the past five years. He is the only contractor that I would trust for the level of complexity, expertise, and significant attention to detail that my "older home" requires. Specialized Home Renovations was the contractor for a complete kitchen renovation, this included removal of soffits, electrical rewiring, removal plumbing lines, removal of the old cabinets, installation of new cabinets, and installation of new fixtures and appliances. Kris was referred to us from a friend. I would highly recommend kris for any home renovation. Kris is meticulous to a fault. We hired Kris to completely renovate our first floor which included Kitchen, dining, family and living room. The redesign and re-engineering were well thought out and we were kept updated of any changes or concerns immediately. We had him custom build our mudroom bench and shelving as well as custom bookcases and a bar that he created from a slice of a Cherry Tree and fabricated the metal legs. We are very pleased with the results.

Kris has handled every job throughout the complete renovation of my GPW home, both inside and out. The owner, Kris, was great to work with. He is very professional and trustworthy. I gave him a key to my house and had no issues. He went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed on time and with quality. He managed a complete gut and redesign of our kitchen, master bathroom and main area flooring. This is the second time we hired Specialized Home Renovations; Kris is the owner and very hands-on with every project. He has done 3 bathroom renovations, 2 kitchen renovations and a multitude of other remodel/renovations for me. We hired him to renovate my house about 2 years ago and his work is beyond excellent, high quality workmanship and very professional. He also hires excellent people to work for his company.
