November, 2017 We had the great fortune of working with Sheen Fischer and the competent crew of Specialty Home Improvement during our extensive master bathroom renovation and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking design, build and installation help with any home remodel project. The entire job from start to finish was executed to our complete satisfaction, including a subsequent issue we had with the floor tile. Several months after completion of our project we noticed discoloration on the ceramic “wood” tiles they installed and contacted Sheen for help. Despite the fact that several months had passed since the completion of the project, Sheen returned to our home to help trouble-shoot the problem - (which included contacting the tile provider and returning to our home with the company representative to inspect the issue!) The problem was simply resolved with the application of the proper solvent but most impressive of all was the way Sheen attended to the problem until we were completely satisfied….months after our job was finished! This type of diligent service is almost unheard of these days, so we were completely impressed with their commitment to their customers’ continued satisfaction. My kitchen was updated by Sheen and his crew at the beginning of the year, and I think they did an outstanding job. The task was to remove all downstairs flooring with the exception of the entry way and fireplace tile, remove all kitchen cabinetry and appliances, remove the soffit to raise the kitchen ceiling by 8", re-wire and re-plumb to accommodate higher ceiling, have new cabinetry installed, lower the gas line for a new range/oven, create a new buffet area in the dining nook, lay new luxury vinyl tile, and install a custom backspash and lighting scheme. The issues faced were few, and they recovered professionally. They also managed to finish the job a couple days ahead of the planned 6-week schedule. They also were communicative during the job, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. I'd use them again if I had another project.

I have used Specialty Home Improvement for several remodels. One was a whole house remodel, another was a small master bedroom remodel and a third was a porch/outside living area addition

Specialty Home Improvement did excellent work tiling my bathroom. Even though it was a small job it got the same treatment that a much large job would have. I've used them before for a much larger project and have been completely satisfied.
