Brandon and his team were wonderful to work with in remodeling our kitchen. The room was taken back to the studs and completely rebuilt . They had wonderful design ideas and new ideas we had never thought about. Our kitchen is beautiful and functional! They did a great job of keeping us informed about what was coming next. As issues came up, they were quick to figure out ways to overcome. We highly recommend Spruill Remodel and will use them again for our next project.

I hired Spruill Remodel to redo our kitchen and our kids bathroom floors. They were fantastic!! And I have never said a contractor was even great! I have so many wonderful things to say about Spruill. First and foremost, they were on time with our project. Down to having a cleaning crew come in and make our home look spotless. I’m talking shinning. Brandon and his wife Heather are also good with helping add ideas to the design or giving you great things to do from other kitchens they have done. They are also extremely honest!! I wanted to do something and he told me it was not worth the $ and the particular item I wanted was known for breaking down a lot and the companies customer service was not great. He also passed along all of his discounts he received for appliances he was able to get for a better price!! That’s unheard of! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Spruil Remodel. They are EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, stick to there word and honest people!!

Brandon Spruille and his team remodeled what used to be a 1980s vintage separate dining room and kitchen to an open kitchen and living area! My experience with Brandon Spruille was awesome! He is professional and does what he says he will do. I am cautious when hiring contractors as you just don’t know what you are getting. Brandon changed my opinion. He called to discuss our project and shortly he came to measure and give me an estimate. He started our remodel when he said the he would and finished it earlier than expected. He communicates very well and often. He was always responsive to my questions and helped us make the right choices for our remodel. He said the project would take about 8 weeks. They finished in 7 weeks. I am so delighted with the result and cannot recommend them highly enough. The price was fair and the workmanship superior! Thanks Brandon and Heather for all you did!

First class from start to finish.... Picked as the mid point bid and received service well beyond!! Brandon the owner was very keen to check in on his crews daily making sure what I wanted was what I was getting. He employees some very good crews, his paint and electrical crews are very accommodating to changes that were some times at the last minute. The trim crew was very good and able to make custom built ins and changes along the way. I was so happy we did 3 other projects including a master bath / master bedroom / kitchen and 1/2 bath remodel (gut to the studs) added a sun sun-room and large deck and we are IN process of doing one more deck.

Brandon is a shining light when it comes to contractors. He was always on top of everything and making sure the entire process went smoothly. We did a complete remodel and second story addition of our 1950's home. During it all, we had a GREAT time working with Brandon. His goal is to make you happy and love the end result. He is professional and trustworthy. If something goes wrong, he is the first to recognize it and fix it. People always say "you never make friends with your contractor", well I have to completely disagree with that statement. We are thankful we found Spruill Remodel and appreciate everything he did for us!

We had SUCH a great experience with Brandon & Spruill Remodel. We live in a high rise condo, so Brandon had to jump through a lot of hoops to get certified to work in our building. He handled them with ease and delivered a gorgeous house, right at budget, exactly on time, and with tons of attention to detail. I would recommend Spruill Remodel without any reservations.

We bought our house in Allen this spring and we hired SPRUILL Remodel to completely renovate the kitchen. They provided CAD drawings for the wall cabinets and new island layout. This helped us make sure that we had more than adequate room to maneuver with ease. Their remodel process included the selection of the state of the art appliances, quartz countertops, millwork finish, wall paint, tile floors and all of the hardware. They added a new Wolf Gas cooktop for us and the exhaust fan they provided is powerful, yet extremely quiet. Brandon was able to give us a complete an accurate estimate & schedule for the entire project and provided expertise on what items would add value to our home in the long term. We were so satisfied with his work that we had them also remodel our master-bath before they finished our kitchen. They completed the MB with the utmost quality craftsmanship plus extremely fast. By far the best Contractor we have worked with, all of his workers were polite, respectful and friendly. Highly recommended, would use them again.

We hired Spruill Remodel to renovate our kitchen, dining room, living room, den and laundry room, including removing several load-bearing walls/columns. This was our first time to do any remodeling, and our experience was excellent. We hired Brandon based on similar design styles, strong construction experience, and reasonable price point and he did not disappoint. Our project finished on time, with no major issues, and the only budget overage was due to upgraded design choices. Brandon was very responsive, and went above and beyond on customer service. His crews were professional, respectful and clean. We especially liked that he used an app to keep us constantly informed of schedule of events, and progress. We also really liked working with his designer, who designed the perfect cabinet design for our family. We would definitely hire Spruill again, and have recommended to friends and family!

Spruill Remodel took care of the remodel of our kitchen, office and both bathrooms. The workers were respectful and polite, diligent and hard-working. Their work was exceptional in quality. They obviously went the extra mile to do everything up to a high standard. Our budget was followed strictly with the only excess being according to our request for additional tasks. Mr. Spruill is likable and efficient. The job was finished not only faster than the contracted time, but even faster than Mr. Spruill's personal estimate. We could not be happier and would happily recommend this company for any projects.

As new Texans, we had no idea where to start with our remodel. The listing agent on our home recommended Spruill Remodeling and Brandon met with us as our furniture was being moved into our new home. He was very receptive to our ideas and saw our vision from the beginning. We were given a quote in a timely manner and Brandon worked with us to get it into the budget we needed, while also making sure we got the most out of our remodel. He gave us a schedule and updated us daily on where the job was and what crews would be on site the following day. His crews were very professional and kept the job site clean and safe for our family throughout the project. The crews were mindful that they were working in someones home and completed the job well. Our remodel was done exactly on schedule and we could not be happier with the final result. We fully anticipate hiring Spruill Remodel for our future projects!

Highly Recommend. We have worked with several contractors and Spruill is the first contractor that we would reuse and that we would recommend to friends and family. Brandon and his crews did quality work with a good attitude. They listened when we had comments and were never aggressive (which sounds basic, but is very rare with other contractors we've worked with) . Kept within budget and always kept us aware of where we stood. Work was completed well within the time given. So glad we decided to do our project, the house looks great!

We had our living room remodeled and some work done in our kitchen and hallway area. The job came out fantastic. Brandon said it would take about two weeks and he was right on the money. Everyone involved in the job was courteous and friendly. We are going to have more work performed and Spruill remodeling is the only company that we are going to use. We highly recommend them.

I’m so glad I found Spruill to perform my bathroom remodel. My original bathroom was dated and also lacking in storage. With Brandon’s design talents and his team of skilled craftsman I now have a bathroom that is beautiful and functional beyond what I thought was possible. The remodel involved removing the original tub and separate shower and creating a larger walk-in shower. It also included creating a custom vanity and mirror, linen cabinet with built-in hamper, new flooring and lighting. Spruill is now my go-to contractor for all my remodeling needs.

My wife and I decided to renovate/add-on to our home in Old Lake Highlands. Our project consisted of approximately 600 sf of addition, including a new slab, roof, and HVAC system. We completely gutted the interior and added a new kitchen, one full bathroom and bedroom. We raised the ceilings to 10 feet in the living area and added a new fireplace. As an architect, I understood there was some complexity to the design, but Brandon took the time to explain the process and guide us through each phase of construction. He provided excellent design input, while keeping our budget in mind. Brandon was always available to brainstorm ideas, or meet on-site to review progress. Having worked with many general contractors in my line of work, I would HIGHLY recommend SPRUILL Remodel!

My wife and I decided to get a renovation quote from Brandon based upon the great online reviews that he received, but I'm sorry to say that our experience was not as positive as what we hoped for. I should state upfront that we didn't actually hire Brandon to complete any renovations. We simply chose him over the quote that we received from another remodeler. From the start Brandon seemed very professional. He was flexible with the times that he would be available to come out to the house, and he kept up good communication through phone calls/text. Once at the home he provided good ideas for our renovation, and he reassured us that he was comfortable with the home renovation loan process/paperwork. We felt pretty good moving forward, and when we received our two quotes Brandon's stood out as being far more reasonable. We informed him right away that we decided to choose his services for our renovation and that we were looking forward to working with him. However, this was when our professional interaction with Brandon started to fall apart. We impressed upon him that due to the timeline of our renovation loan, and closing timeline, that he would need to submit a finalized estimate (in the lenders required format) ASAP. Brandon seemed to lose interest in our project at this point. He stopped answering our calls/texts and began dragging his feet. When he did respond to us it was often many hours or up to a day later. Even after our lenders renovation department reached out to him with exact instructions on the paperwork that he needed to submit he continued to push for more time. This all took place over the space of 4-5 days. He was literally the only thing holding up the appraisal process during this period, as our lender needs the renovation estimate prior to the appraisal. We tried everything to instill a sense of urgency with Brandon, but to no avail. The final straw came when we had no other choice but to put him on the spot and threatened to get a new contractor. We asked when EXACTLY he was going to submit the required estimate/paperwork, and he informed us (by text no less) that he wasn't going to be able to meet the deadline as he was going out of town. He said that he could complete the paperwork but he needed another 2-3 days!! We found all of this EXTREMEMLY unprofessional. His communication after we selected him as our contractor was very poor. He never informed us that he was leaving town, and thus couldn't finish the paperwork. He apparently lied to us when he said that he had done this type of renovation loan "many times" in the past because it turned out that he did not seem very knowledgeable about the process. He said, in his words, that there was a "ton of paperwork" that he didn't have time to finish and that he was "slammed finishing up two large jobs". Everything seemed to be an excuse with him. The excuses and the very poor communication were all large red flags that led us to drop Brandon. My advice to him would be to not take on more jobs than you can handle. My wife and I believe that he felt that he could just string us along because we had such a small job which was obviously a low priority to him. All good builders know that every job, no matter how small, is important. It's important because it effects your reputation as a builder and it effects the homeowners that are looking forward to updating their home. Now my wife and I are being forced to scramble to find another contractor, and we are scared that we may lose this house as the sellers now have to wait longer to close. Be aware of Brandon's communication faults before you use his services. If your job is too small or too complex you may end up having the same issues that we faced.

From the estimate to completion of the project, it was a pleasure working with Brandon and his crew. Brandon did a great job communicating with me during the project so that I was prepared each day knowing what was going to be done. The scope of work increased as we began the project and I can truly say that Brandon and crew exceeded my expectations with their quality of work and the outcome has blown me away. Love the custom barn doors; and the bathrooms are like walking into peaceful spas. I highly recommend Spruill Remodel and will be calling them for future projects.

It was a pleasure to have someone to bounce ideas off of and get valuable feedback. Problems are inevitable in construction. We ran across a couple. Brandon jumped in and resolved them with excellent communication and professionalism. I highly recommend Brandon Spruill for your next project. He made our old, broken house into our dream home!

Our home was a complete loss due to a tornado. I had a friend that personally knew Brandon, so I got his number. He met me at the disaster location a couple days later. We discussed everything concerning the rebuild. Brandon had his demo crew out the very next day, even though my insurance check was still being processed. I cannot say enough about his work. He had us back home within 5 months. Our home is absolutely beautiful. People in my neighborhood are still in the rebuild process. He was very honest, and dependable. I hope nothing like this ever happens again, but if so, I would totally hire him to do the work.

We used for a master bathroom renovation and hired again for a kitchen renovation. Both projects came out great. My wife absolutely loves the new master bathroom. We had a general idea of what we wanted and he came up with a great finished product.

Great work! They built a bathroom from scratch in an area upstairs at my house that turned out wonderful. They were always in and out on mutually agreed time. Excellent plumbers, electricians, wall finishing, etc.
